Fully serviced 2 bedroom apartment within Melbourne Tower Complex in the heart of Melbourne. Right across from the Crown Casino, 5 minutes walk to Flinder St station, Business District, Victoria Arts Centre.
The apartment is located on the 26th floor with a nice city view to the north side.
Master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The other room is furnished with 1 king bed or 2 single beds. The living room also has a foldout couch that sleeps 2 additional people.
The living room is furnished with leather couch, flat screen tv and iPod docking station.
Fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and all the utensils you need to cook up a feast.
The complex has a heated pool and gym located on the 6th floor (opening hours are 6am to 10pm) and tennis court (day light only). The building also has its own concierge desk which is attended from 6am to 10pm. The concierge desk has weather report, direct telephone diallying for taxi and also collects dry cleaning items.
The building is centrally located within walking distance to Flinder St Main Train Terminal. It is also connected to Tram 55 which takes you directly in to the city.
The apartment has 1 allocated parking spot within the complex.
Everything in the apartment including kitchen and laundry. Building gym, pool and tennis court.
No parties inside the apartment!!! Toilet paper, linen, towels, shampoo, hair conditioner ans soap are all supplied
The building policy prohibits clothes horses on the balcony, so please keep the clothes rack inside the apartment. Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, smoking is permitted on the balconies only.
Prior to check out, please kindly dispose normal rubbish down the
rubbish chute located to the right of the elevators on each floor.
Recycled rubbish bins are located next to the car park entrance on the
ground floor. Please also clean the dishes, pots and cooking utensils
either using the dishwasher or the detergent provided. If you have
unpacked any extra bedding, please place them back.
Upon check out, please return both sets of keys to the concierge in
the envelope provided. Loss of the set of keys with the car park
remote will incur a replacement charge of $300 and the other set will
incur a charge of $100

We stayed in Apartment 154/173 City rd. The Apartments location was very good with Crown just a few hundred metres walk away and a liquor and grocery store across the street. Generally the apartment was clean and tidy except that there were several blinds that need to be repaired. If you are looking for a place to stay without extra comforts then this place is good.
On the down side I thought the following needs to be addressed.
- The TV is very small and for under $1000 they could have a nice 46-52 inch LED instead.
- The Pots and Pans are filthy and need to be replaced and also ensured that others clean them when leaving
- The decor is generally old and it really needs an all round face lift
- the apartment faces into 2 other high rises and you don't really receive much sun except for maybe a couple of hours a day.
As I said, the apartment is adequate for the price and a good if you are spending most of your time out and about.
Great location to stay when in Melbourne. Unit is in Southbank and is Within walking distance to Crown Casino and public transport. Dina is very pleasant to talk to . As we had a party of 4 adults Dina suggested we use one of her 2 bathroom units and upgraded our accommodation at no extra charge. Thank you Dina
We had a great stay in Melbourne's Southbank. The apartment is very handy to the city and was nice and spacious for our group of 4. The building was surprisingly quiet and had great facilities, including a car space, which was great. We arrived quite late, but the concierge was very helpful with our check-in. It was also very handy to be able to store our luggage at the concierge on our last day.
I rented this great 2 bedroom apartment from Dina for a weekend for a group from Perth. It was perfect! It was very close to our seminar venue and very nice inside and Dina gave us explicit instructions as to how to access keys etc when we got there. She was also able to accommodate 3 of us elsewhere and we will definitely be using her places again.
Dina's apartment was a fantastic place to spend our time in Melbourne. The location was close to lots of downtown destinations, and with a grocery store just across the street, we even cooked up a couple of dinners and spent some nights relaxing in the building's pool.
