Mike was a great host he let me pick between two great apts. checkin was great mike was already there when we arrived. the balcony has a great view to the city also it has a bbq if you need it
Stefanie was great. She made us feel very welcome and gave us suggestions for places to see. She even brought us DVDs when my mom wasn't feeling well one evening.
We stayed for a week and had a very nice time. The rooftop offers quite a lovely view of the town & is a great spot to relax in the evenings. The walk to & from town is no problem & we appreciated the quite of being a bit outside of the center. Furniture was comfy, kitchen well stocked with the basics for preparing meals, wifi was a bit slow but worked well enough for our needs. Mike was great at responding to ours needs as well.
Casa Alegria was even better than expected. We used casa #2 for 4 days and loved it. You're not directly in the center of town, but the 10 mins walk to get there is just what your legs need!
And be warned, the door numbering in Mexico is not quite the same that in Canada. 76 is 2 blocks from 74... Not right beside it :)
