About the property
Where would you like your house to be? Not right in the middle of clamor but close enough to the flagships and comfortable living? We thought the same when we bought this place, a spacious, luxe one BHK villa-apt in Aldeia Siesta, a newly constructed building with a fresh design and open podiums that houses 18 villa apts in Saligao, Bardez, North Goa.
The building is within a 24x7 security kept gated compound with an enticing pool for you to indulge whenever it suits you. It's extremely safe for families and unchaperoned ladies.
Our friend and supervisor is right there to arrange your desired, convenient mode of movement.
We're not saying our holiday rental is the best. But it's definitely best suited for the kind of stayer in you if these are the features you're looking for.
It adds that little cherry atop your Goan experience!

Ginza was an amazing host. She provided us help wherever and whenever we had queries. Apartment was ready on time and was a stunning place, fully equipped and fantastic swimming pool just a step out of the door. The apartment as well as the compound are nicely maintained and kept in brilliant condition. The staff on the site are super friendly and did everything for us to make this a fantastic stay. Grocery shops are in walking distance. Perfect place to stay around Calangute or even Goa itself. Beaches nearby as well as beaches in the north and south in Panjim are easily reachable by transport. Would definitely visit again. Thanks a lot Ginza!
GOAgaga was a home away from home. Now some would say "people go for holidays, to get away from home...". True that.
In this case, I was so glad to have a space, where my child was comfortable and as a family we were relaxed. I fell in love with the place and it kinda grows on you with each passing day. Its so tastefully done. Every comfort and need was so well thought of. The location was central enough to most places and yet it was a beautiful and serene neighbourhood. The staff was very helpful and organized everything that we needed.
About Ginza.... nothing I say can truly express what a Gem of a person she is....a brilliant host. It felt like Id known her forever. She made me so comfortable. We reached out to her multiple times for help/suggestions on places to eat, shop and general information. Even top notch hotels do not provide such service. We were spoilt for choice. I have decided that Goa can not be covered in a few days and will and need to take small bite size pieces to relish and savour this magical land.
In Ginza we found an honest, open and lovely friend and GOAgaga a home away from home in Goa. She put her heart and soul in making this place what it is and it reflects in everything.
Thank you and God bless!!!
PS: On valentines day, she even had flowers hand delivered to me!!! no one but her would think of such a lovely gesture. It made my day!!!
Goagaga truly lives upto its name. In Ginza I found one of the most detailed and thorough host. Her attention to detail about all the aspects of the trip was immaculate starting from the booking to the reconfirmation, to the arrival and directions. She even sent me the list of things and places to visit. Her feedback was immaculate and came very handy. My wife and I were spoilt for the choices that she shared through her personal culinary and shopping experiences. BTW, Ginza does not stay in Goa. She managed all this remotely. Speaks volumes for the efforts that she had put in to make our stay pleasant and memorable. She just went out of the way to suggest places and actually book some restaurants for us.
The property is conveniently located in a quit neighbourhood, but you would need to have your own personal transport, I hired a car through Ginza's Man Friday Niranjan, I got a good car at a equally good rate The property is in a good condition, fairly spaced out with a nice balcony and all the amenities that a small family would want. The Apartment had all the necessary comforts for a lazy holiday, well equipped kitchen, Clean bathroom along with a washing machine for convenience. There are conveniently located shops and a nice super market nearby. The apartment block by itself was private in its own way, we had the swimming pool to ourselves. Help is on hand by calling Niranjnan. A maid came everyday for cleaning. The best part of staying on your own is the convenience of being able to plan your holiday at leisure. A long stay in goa is such a comforting feeling, it gets better when we stay in a good property. Eating Local Bread and Sausages for breakfast, Leisurely spending a lazy lunch in a shack and hopping around shopping. Life cant get better.
Thanks Ginza for the excellent stay. Hope to be Goa soon.
Hi, It was a special holiday which I spent in your house.
It was just like my home,so its true to term it as home away from home.
The help which we receive from Ginza regarding places to visit, resturants, dinner spot etc was awesome and nice.
All the items kept in apt look like it has been purchased for oneself use and that made it like home.
Apt is very near to few of popular and nice beaches of north goa .
Couldn't use your swimming pool that was the only thing i will miss.
rest food of anty hinda was awesome..convey my thanks to her also ..
Ginza was very helpful with a lot of information provided about places to eat, modes of transport, and general information about the place. She was always available to respond to messages.
The only negative about the location is the vacant plot adjacent to the balcony where rubbish fires are lit. While Ginza may not be able to control this it can effect guests who have respiratory problems. Niranjan did his best but sometimes it was hard to communicate with him.
Thanks! My elderly neighbour there is an extremely finicky lady and a health freak, who herself has not brought up this issue yet. So as your stay was as short as two days it might have been a one-off thing. The locals there are a sensitive and responsible lot. Thanks for bringing it to my notice. I would definitely check on this because no one there causes trouble to others. It's a responsible neighbourhood.
I checked with the staff there and it's a one off thing where the owner of the property was undertaking the cleaning up of his plot, which is how it is done in India. The Saligao panchayat itself has very stringent guidelines for pollution control as it's a heritage village, and they would not permit rubbish being burnt daily publicly.
Ours was a really good decision to book Goagaga. It's a nice little apartment located not very far from the beach and other popular places. In fact I liked that it's located at a quiet place called Saligao, but still very close to the madness of calangute beach. I rented a car and it was a matter of 5 minutes that I reached the calangute market. Only drawback was that the way leading up to the apartment gets really dark after 10pm. But overall goa is very safe so it was not much of an issue.
The apartment is fabulous. It had all the equipment I and my wife required whether it be washing machine, geyser, induction cooker along with cookware, microwave owen. Not to forget large LCD tv in the drawing room and AC in the bedroom. even a drawer with medicines and first aid was provided, which was really helpful as I fell from a bike. The maid used to come and set the apartment back in order. The security guy Niranjan was helpful. Overall the apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was in perfect working condition.
The host Ginza is very warm and welcoming. Though she doesn't live there but was in constant touch and kept enquiring whether we were comfortable. She provided me with a comprehensive itinerary which covered everything I needed to see in Goa. She had kept the menu cards of the recommended places from where I could order food. I tried food from colors restaurant and it was really good.
Overall a wonderful stay and I would definitely visit again.
What more can said about a listing which has already garnered rave reviews, I will still try,
taking care of a guest 6/5
This being our first trip to goa, we had little knowledge of goa, due to our work schedules we could not research and plan the trip.
However, as soon as asked Ginza, we got a flood of invaluable instructions and suggestions. Right from restaurants to pubs to places to hang out, every minute detail was covered, it made us plan out trip a lot easier.
When we arrived in goa, Ginza had our bikes arranged and all necessities taken care of. Talking about the apartment, its located in a very comfortable spot, not far from all the action and not too close. It is a beautiful place, very tastefully done. All basic necessities are taken care of. Very clean.
All in all, a very good place to stay, a special mention goes out to Ginza for making it a memorable stay.
I can definitely say my next stay in goa will be in GOAgaga.
Over a period of past two years I've realised hosting is about building relationships and cherishing them.
With every ticking month and every guest who leaves GOAgaga, I look around for some bit of info that's new for the following guest. It's challenging and immensely gratifying to deal with a complex web of multiple cultures and personalities and therein lies the lifeline of GOAgaga.
There are some big passions and unfulfilled dreams. GOAgaga is my baby step to realizing one of them!
Hope you've a good stay! If disappointed in some way do let me know because everything can be fixed with a bit of nice communication in GOAgaga!!
