Rustic style duplex apartment with garage located in the romanic old town of Bossòst at the north of the Valley Val D'Aran, at the Pyrenees.
On the first floor there is the living room, open kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The terrace has great views over the village and mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped. The attic is the open and spacious master room.
Bossòst is one of the most important tourist villages of the Aranese territory. At only 8 km of France and on along Garonne river, there are shops, tapas bars and prestigious restaurants serving modern and traditional Aranese food.
Bossòst is 25 km from the Ski Resort Baqueira Beret and the same distance from the French Ski Resort Superbagneres. At barely 2 km, in the town of Les, the modern spa complex Barony of Les and at the French town of Luchon, there is the roman spa resort of Les Thermes of Luchon.
We were lucky to find this place spontaneously just one day before heading to the Pyrenees. Jordi's response was kind and immediate. The listing perfectly describes the apartment. It's cozy indeed, and made us feel very much at home, its very well equipped, and shops, restaurants and bars are just around the corner for anything else you might need. The apt. is located in the heart of this beautiful little town, just across the town's church. And Rosina who receives the guests, makes your arrival smooth, warm and welcoming. We were welcomed with our 4 months old baby, Rosina immediately made sure she's warm and showed us the folding baby crib - So no problem to stay here with a baby :)
The apt. has wonderful views from the many windows and the enchanting terrace. Too bad we had to leave after only two nights...
As soon as I walked into Jordi's apartment I felt very much at home as it had everything you need for a great holiday - lovely kitchen with heaps of bench top in granite plus dish washer plus washing machine and a very nice oven and stove top with a lovely big fridge and the best thing is the space very spacious apartment with a big lounge room and a large table and chairs with a lovely bathroom and toilet on ground floor and your bedroom is by itself upstairs but again very spacious the other great thing was we got their an hour early but this was not a problem someone came and met us straight away and showed us the apartment we were suppose to meet Rosini but she had a doctors appointment so her son looked after us but after Rosini doctors appointment came and made sure we were fine and what a lovely Spanish lady so friendly with a big heart the apartment was in immaculate condition and so clean and this is a place we would love to come back as Bossost - Pyrenees is one of the prettiest villages I have ever seen but the position of his apartment is very close to shops and restaurants and to top it off beautiful views to the valley as his house is up high.
Thanks Jordi for making our holiday so special with great memories to back to Australia.
Totalmente recomendable.
Nice little cosy flat in a quite village thats close enough to drive to some great ski resorts.
