Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland!

We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use.

There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

The space
Igloo has a romantic double bed and sofa bed downstairs and one bed for kids upstairs. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a tiny kitchen to warm up food. The fireplace gives a lovely warmth to the igloo.

You may arrive to our igloo by car, taxi or bus. Parking is free.

Bus number 5 runs regularly to the area from the city center. From linkkari website you will find the bus schedules in Rovaniemi.

A taxi from the airport costs about 50e. Meneva or Lahitaksi are safe companies to use.

The igloo is located in the garden of our house in a safe living area. Part of the house is also rental via airbnb. Still, you have your own peace and quiet and you are free to enjoy the snowy garden. There is no other igloos around.

Our family lives in north from the Arctic Circle. We enjoy the change of the different seasons of Lapland. I love the summer midnight sun as well the winter blue darkness. l am proud to offer to you the extreme experiences that is our daily life in here. We like to travel a lot and live in a moment. I hope you will sense during your visit the Lappish Hygge or Lagom that we call just "our daily life". Not to worry too much and live in a moment!
