This 3000 square foot, Elegant, Contemporary, Gulf Coast home in Florida, newly constructed in 2014. We are located just one row north of Scenic 30A, a 4 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the largest 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool in the area. White Sand Beach!
Sleeps 12 in main home and 4 in Carrige Home. Sleeps 16 if you choose to book both!

We have properties on the Gulf Coast of Florida in Inlet Beach, just one row north of 30A. We also have properties in the Virgin Islands, St Croix. Inlet Beach/30A: We have vacationed in this beautiful family friendly area of 30A since 1993 and owned in the area since 2009. We are from North Atlanta and the drive has gotten easier every year. We also use the International Airport 15-20 minutes away. We loved the freedom of the secure neighborhood while vacationing with our children. They could easily ride bikes in the area, swim at the pool and meet friends in neighboring Alys and Rosemary Beach. We love to walk the neighborhood, 30A and the beach. It is wonderful to be walking distance from the bookstore, boutiques, restaurants and driving distance from Pier Park and outlets. Now that our children are grown, we enjoy relaxing on our decks, visiting for concerts and downtime. We would love to have you experience the relaxed environment that we have created in our happy space. USVI Condos/ St Croix: We have vacationed in and had a love for St Croix since 1989 when we visited to help with Hurricane Hugo relief efforts. We were engaged the first time we visited and married when we returned. The island is the largest of the three Virgin Islands. We immediately fell in love with the uniqueness of the island and can easily visit St Thomas or St John with St Croix as our initial destination. It is the largest of the three, measuring 218 square km. It is known for its rain forest, snorkeling, diving, restaurants, historical sites and beautiful beaches. We love getting lost, driving the island, exploring new roads and areas, walking to the food truck for the special items created by the Sunny Shore up chef, going to Ama for a beautiful sunset dinner next to the tide pools, hitting the Landing restaurant for a local lunch/ dinner and music. The Cane Bay Area has so many restaurants in our local area in addition to those mentioned above, Sprat Net Bar and Off the Wall Pizza are steps away. St Croix is known for its Food Scene! We try to catch Sunset at a different beach as often as possible :) This is a wonderful get away for couples, newlyweds, family and friends.
