  • Wonderful location that was close to where we needed to be. All around great place to stay and highly recommended. Jake is great host and very responsive.

  • We had a great stay at Jake's apartment! It is quite close to downtown and is walkable, or about a $6 cab ride. The area does get quite deserted at night time but didn't feel unsafe. There was lots of parking available which we appreciated.

The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed! Jake's art is on display in the apartment which was cool. There were cardinals and bluejays in the back yard on the river which were fun to watch. Jake provided takeout menus and made pick up of keys simple even though we didn't meet him.

    Thanks for a great stay!

  • Jakes place was great for long weekend, about a 15 min walk to downtown. We ended renting a car to see other neighborhoods and his place had plenty of free parking. Walk home at night is a little dark but it is a very cheap cab ride.

  • Jake has a great place with a lot of character on the river--exactly as advertised. It is situated between downtown Nashville and a developing area called Germantown, both places worth exploring.

My inquiries were always answered quickly and to my satisfaction throughout the process. I'd definitely stay there again!

  • We had a good stay in Nashville and Jake was very responsive with emails and information beforehand. The location is a decent spot and nice on the river, but we opted to drive to Music Row, the honky tonk bars, etc. as it was quicker. His townhouse was clean and he left some general information and delivery menus out which was helpful when we needed a quick bite to eat at the apt. We were slightly taken back by some of the artwork, which wasn't in the pictures, but just took the couple pieces down while we were there and everything else was fine. If you're looking for a place to crash while you are in Nashville and are in and out like we were between busy plans for a weekend this is a good option.

  • Great location! Easy walk to downtown and the river if you just want to step outside for a drink. Jake is a very responsive host.

  • Very easy stay. Good location, $5 cab ride to the music row or 20 minute walk. Great communication from Jake. Would definitely stay again.

  • Spacious and clean place in a great location. We didn’t meet Jake but he left us a welcome package with all the information we could have possibly needed (and even a laundry card! We didn’t use it but was very nice of him). We walked downtown on Saturday morning and felt safe, but took a cab at night as it does get very desolate. It was a freezing weekend so we weren’t able to enjoy the lovely porch with the lovely view :(. We also didn’t seat in the living room for more than a second because we crammed a lot in a weekend, but he has a comfy set up with Netflix. We loved Nashville and staying at Jake’s was an overall great experience.

  • The location is great. Just a short walk to Downtown, and the river being in the backyard is a really nice local touch.

  • The place was perfect, great location and parking, warm, clean, comfortable, nice view. Thanks Jake.
