Sleeping up to six guests across two levels, this generously sized town-home is perfect for work or play. Cafes, restaurants, shops, beaches and Newcastle’s vibrant CBD are all within close proximity.

The space
This stunning warehouse conversion property is nestled in the sought-after inner-city suburb of Cooks Hill - a neighbourhood celebrated for its café culture, leafy streets, and buzzing urban pubs. Just minutes from the vibrant Darby Street café strip, boutique shops, stunning city beaches and the Honeysuckle dining precinct.

This unique light filled dual level townhome has been transformed into a spacious and stylish retreat, it has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable short or long stay.

Downstairs there is a huge open plan living area with chefs kitchen, atrium courtyard with outdoor dining, separate office space, oversized lounge, laundry, powder room and secure double tandem garage with internal access.

Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms, two with queen beds and the main with a King. The main bedroom has an ensuite and a spacious walk in robe. There is a large family bathroom with bath tub and second lounge room.

The entire space is generous and has plenty for a group of 6 guests. It is perfect for families, couples or work colleagues travelling together but still wanting their own privacy.
