The apartment is very well located at 100 meters form the mythical national theater of Mohammed V and at a walking distance from the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Hassan Tower, the Medina and Kasbah des Oudaias. The Royal palace and Chellah you can reach by Taxi in a couple of minutes.
See the city guide in the announcement for a better view of the neighborhood and proximity of all the interesting locations to visit.
Finding a Taxi is not difficult in Rabat but you can also take the Tramway which you can find at 50 meters of the house. The train station you can reach in 10 minutes walking and the airport of Rabat is located at about 15 minutes by car.

Very close to the train station and centrally located so it is convenient to get to the main attractions via walking. We only stayed one night and I would definitely recommend this place for a short stop-over where you want to make the most of limited time in Rabat. Ali was easy to communicate with before our arrival and once we were in Morocco, Amina was easy to reach by phone and met us with no problems. We had a Moroccan SIM card (definitely recommended -- as they are very cheap) so I can't comment how easy it would've been to arrange a meeting time with Amina through wifi only, if you are going that route. Amina lives in the apartment with you, in the next room over, but was working late and only there in the morning. She was very helpful and sympathetic when my friend got sick and showed us to the pharmacy for medicine. Having some basic knowledge of French would definitely make the communicating easier on you, but we managed just fine knowing only English and Spanish. This room is a very good deal for the money.
I had a really wonderful stay at Amina's place. The location of her apartment is perfect near the old part of the city, the city center and the tram stop which will bring you to either Salé or Agdal. Amina's welcome was really warm and the communication in both French and English went fluently. We had some nice conversations and I really felt at home at her place. Also the WiFi worked reallt well! I would recommend everyone to stay at Amina's place. I will definitely come back! Once again a really big thanks to Amina! And also to Kirsten and Ali who made sure the communication before arrival went fluently!
Todo o contato com os hóspedes foi rápida e sempre muito clara a comunicação. O anúncio corresponde ao aposento e o atendimento de Amina, mãe do Ali, foi extremamente atencioso e pronta a dar todas as informações e explicações.
Kirsten and Ali are extremely nice people!! They offered us Moroccan tea and cookies when we arrived and gave us two beautiful wallets as gifts when we left. The house is tidy and clean, with stylish decorations. Surrounded by Medina and Kasbah of the Udayas, the location is quite good also.
Buen trato de Amina y muy buena situación ya que está al lado de la estación de tren y hay cafeterías y restaurantes por la zona.
