Gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment in West Hollywood. One of the best locations in all of LA.
Entire two-bedroom apartment, 2 queen beds (one bed is tempurpedic memory foam), with a 3rd blow-up queen air mattress available. Location is Willoughby and Harper Ave. 1100 Sq feet. Walking distance to all the best bars and restaurants of West Hollywood. Quiet location yet minutes from the famous WeHo nightlife.
Newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom with granite countertop. Very spacious with hardwood floors. Very large common area with a 55" flatscreen and surround sound. Fully equipped kitchen. Room has alarm clock and iPod dock.
Within a 10 minute walk you will find numerous restaurants, bars, a grocery store, shops, coffee houses, spa...it seems like an endless list of things to do. Only minutes from the sunset strip, Griffith Park, Universal Studios, Hollywood, and Runyon Canyon. Public transportation is 2 blocks away.
On a personal note, I feel lucky that I found this place. It's minutes from all the action if that's what you want, but it is as quiet as a country home if you want to sleep in and have a lazy time.
PLEASE keep in mind that while you have every right to the apartment after you book, I want to avoid highlighting the fact that you are renting out my condo through AirBnB to fellow residents and building management. PLEASE refer to me as your personal friend staying at my home while I'm away if anybody should ask (it's unlikely but still). We will have screened one another and communicated quite a bit so we should be friends by then anyway ;)
One of the last two streets in West Hollywood that does NOT require a permit so street parking is fine. I will not be at the apartment but I will be nearby if there are any needs. There is a bus stop two blocks away and street parking is fine.
There is an iron and ironing board. There is also a washing machine and dryer that are outside the unit but one floor down.
A dog was in the apartment most recently in May 2014. Although the apartment has been professionally cleaned many times since then, if you are allergic to dogs I'd recommend not booking here.
You have the entire apartment for your use. HOWEVER, please do not park a car in the back lot. PLEASE only park on the street. Parking there is free.

-No loud noises or partying, especially after 9pm
-No smoking inside. Smoking is only permitted by the sidewalk away from the building entrance.
-Must be respectful of neighbors.
-Use only outside door deadbolt when locking door on the way out. Do not use door knob locks or interior-door deadbolt
-Please pull shower curtain across to cover shower after use to prevent mildew
-Common courtesy expected in the main area.
-Have fun and enjoy the area!
