Come escape to our beautiful, fully furnished, waterfront home. Ideal for relaxing with family or a romantic retreat. With windows overlooking the water, the views from inside the house are only rivaled by the outside view and the sound of the water. Luckily, your commute to the water is short as the beach is across the street. With miles of the best beachcombing, you'll find in the PNW, you'll find it easy to fill your days chasing the tide, walking on the beach or watching the storms.

The space
Birch Bay is located on a shallow, crescent shaped bay. By car, just 30 minutes from Bellingham, an hour from Vancouver BC and 2 hours North of Seattle. This beach side community offers a wide variety of year-round recreation.

You’ll be able to explore nearby activities such as golf, water slides and go carts. Just a short walk along the waterfront path will take you to an abundance of restaurants/patios, breweries, shops, and golf courses. Birch Bay is a great place for bird watching. Birch Bay State Park and Semiahmoo County Park are only a 7-minute drive away. With all this around you, you will never run out of fun things to do.

This beautiful house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you’ll have plenty of room to spread out when the sun goes down. The grocery store is only 10 minutes away plus a very well stocked convenience store about a 2 minute drive away. You won’t find a prettier view to cook to as you watch the sunset in front of you across the bay. Save room for ice cream at the famous C-Shop just down the road.

Feel free to bring your kayaks, paddle boards, or bikes as you’ll have access to a garage for storage and parking. We are happy to provide some sandcastle building supplies, kites and a limited number of chairs for your use. We have a cooler and wagon available to help you relocate down to the beach for the day! (Seasonal) Golf courses are nearby. During the Fall and Winter months, enjoy watching the storms, birds and marine life.


Ample parking for 4 cars.

The entire house, garage and property. We only have two locked closets that are private.

Other things to note
The alley behind the house is private and not available for use. Self-check in with the front door smart lock keypad. We have a Netflix subscription and cable tv.
