We are located smack in the middle of Soldotna and Kenai just outside of city limits on K-Beach, a 10 minute drive from all your local activities. If your plans are to stay close and fish the Kenai River or venture farther out, our apartment is a great jumping point for exploring the entire peninsula.

The neighborhood is quite and residential. The highway has walking/ bike trails for exploring the Kbeach area. There is a bar/restaurant across the highway from the apartment as well as a movie theater, gas station and grocery store. Soldotna & Kenai are less than a ten minute drive from the apartment.
