Parking Included. Walk out the back door into the Tennessee Ave Beer Hall. This 1-bedroom, private apartment has a king bed and full kitchen. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, and bars within minutes. Fun bars with live music and great food right out the back door!

This unit is perfect for 2-3 people or additional space if your group is staying at the Orange Loop Beach House next door.

The space
This unit is the first floor apartment in a 3-unit row-home-style apartment building. The bedroom has large bay windows and a king size bed that sleeps two people. The living room has a sofa with a sleep setup for one person. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook and eat at home. There is a breakfast bar that seats three. The three-piece bathroom has a stall shower.

The back door of the apartment opens into the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall's outdoor space that has an outdoor bar, fire pit, tables, lawn games, and live music on the weekends.
