  • This apartment is wonderful. The view is spectacular, it's in a great location near to restaurants and supermarket and it's a short (but steep) walk to the beach. Everything you could need (and more) is provided in the apartment, including a wonderful tray of fresh fruit on arrival. It's very stylish and attractive and you could spend all day on the terrace looking at the view and the comings and goings at the port below. If you are driving, make sure you stop at Hotel L'Ancora to unload the car as there's no where to pull in for some distance beyond. Overnight parking is Eur25 but it's very close to the apartment. We loved dining at Al Palazzo nearby, which isn't the cheapest but definitely one of the best restaurants in Positano. Capricci is great for a casual bite. Wonderful pizza and lasagne. You can dine more formally downstairs or casually upstairs on a verandah with a great view. Positano is one of the most amazing places in the world. It's hard to believe it's true and you won't want to leave.

  • The apartment was wonderful, cosy but by no means too small for 2 people. The view is not exaggerated in the slightest, and it did not take long to realise we were staying in prime real estate.

Positano starts from the beach and works it's way up a significant hill, and all the restaurants/attractions are contained between the apartment and the beach. The best part is that the entrance to the property is easily accessed by the 'main' road, so luggage isn't too difficult to deal with.

It's absolutely wonderful, and we hated to leave.

  • The view is indeed astonishing! Fantastic and perfect location for Positano! Very centrally located with great views! My family of 4 loved it. Great to have a Garden with a view.
Well kept and clean property.....the only unfortunate was the wifi which was (email hidden)pecially when the upstairs neighbours also started using it.

Rafaella was also a great host...always accessible and helpful.

Considering what we saw as other options in Positano... we would come back here! Great value for money.

    Thanks again Rafaella!

  • I had a great time in Rome. Raffaella was responsive and attentive. Her place is cosy, quiet, and always fresh, wich is a very good point when it's 1000 degrees outside! The location is just perfect. Walking distance from everything and such a beautiful neighborhood.

  • This is a perfect little apt. We just stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better place. Firstly, it is located in the perfect location - a quick 10 min walk to the beach, next to the main shops, restaurants and anything you may need. It's right next to the "le sireneuse" hotel which essentially means it has the same fantastic view as the most expensive hotel in positano.

The apt itself is a small studio at the bottom of a quick 10 second staircase (which couldn't have been more convenient given how much more steps most other places take to reach in positano). The only thing i would note is that the queen bed is pretty hard, otherwise, the apt is extremely clean and nicely furnished.

But, forget the apt, the main thing here is the amazing terrace (two parts to it: both covered and open) with simply stunning views of the sea, the beach below and the city along the mountain on your right. I actually don't think that Raffaella's pictures do justice to how amazing the view is...

Rafaella was a great host - we arrived a bit earlier on our first day and she had her housekeeper meet us to ensure we didn't have to wait too long. She even got the place cleaned 2 days into our 4 day stay!

Fully recommend this beautiful little apartment - you won't regret it!

  • The Host: Great communication. One very big detail you need to know, the 147 address corresponds to a shop on the street ABOVE the apartment because some homes simply don't have addresses. Don't panic (like I did). The main picture shows stairs leading down to the apartment. I was able to text through AirBNB with Raffaella to confirm, and Mena met us and showed us the way. Raffaella stayed in touch via text whilst our confusion was resolved.

The Place: You're perched above one of the most beautiful views I can imagine. And the private terrace is unbelievable. Above you on the street is literally the prime spot where tourists stop to take pictures of the coastline and town, and you've got that view the entire time you're staying at Raffaella's! The living space, dining area, and bedroom all have big doors and windows lining it. Truly spectacular! I don't think you can find a better value.

The Location: Little did we know it, but we ended up, in our opinion, staying in the best spot. You're high enough along the winding town that you have amazing views, yet you're also a 5 minute walk down into town. There are shops that line the street above and the Sponda bus stop is 2 minutes up the road, if that. There's a market 40m up the street, and a cafe 20m where I grabbed espresso every day for .80 euro.

This place was one of the best parts of our trip!

  • We had a wonderful stay! It was all that we expected and a lot more. Positano was ideal with easy access via bus to Amalfi and Sorento and a wonderful ferry ride to Capri. The house was comfortable, quiet, clean, and had a beautiful view. Great restaurants and a kitchen that gave us the option of staying in to eat if we wanted.
