The space
La Brisa is an updated townhouse just a 4-minute walk to the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf Coast via Public Beach Access 51. Ideal for families, couples, friends, or snowbirds, it’s designed for relaxation, fun, and longer stays.

Main Floor:
-Spacious living room with cozy sectional pull-out couch, smart TVs, surround sound, reading nook, and fun lighting
-Fully stocked kitchen and dining area for easy at-home meals
-Half bath and outdoor shower—perfect after beach days (we will have a walk-in shower on the main floor starting Oct 25th)

Second Floor:
-King bedroom with walk-in closet, dresser, and pack-n-play
-Double queen bedroom with walk-in closet, kids’ game area, workspace, and private balcony
-Full bathroom with all essentials

Outdoor Fun:
-Fenced patio with hot tub, fire table, ample seating, shaded canopies, sun loungers, hammock, and gas grill
-Games like giant Jenga and cornhole for family fun
-Beach gear provided: cooler, wagon, umbrella, towels, and more

-Easy parking for 2 cars

Guest access
Our home is completely yours while you are staying with us. The patio and balcony are for our guests only. It is semi-private as there is a 6-foot fence on two sides.

We are available via messaging or phone if you need anything, as we are not on the property.

Other things to note
Our guests love our location just off the Boulevard in our quiet neighborhood. There is space for two cars, one behind the other, on the right half of the driveway, in front of the unit.

You have direct access to the beach trolley system. Look up Bay way transit for maps.

If you're flying into PCB, look at North Florida Beaches airport, it's 22 minutes from the house, but Pensacola Airport is much cheaper and only a 2-hour drive.

There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the home, and dogs are only allowed if they have been put on your booking and are under 50 pounds. We have a 2 dog maximum.

Any misuse of the hot tub will result in an excessive cleaning fee of $200, plus cost to repair any damage.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in the Open Sands neighborhood. This coastal neighborhood is just a short 4-minute walk from the public beach access #51 and Runaway Island. It's calm and has many restaurants and adventures within walking distance too! We are a very short drive to Pier Park and the aquarium. There's a park with a playground and the local Aquatic center to swim at on the weekends in the summer that's close by too!
