Scenic Retreat perfect for enjoying nature, boating, fishing and more! 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, generous kitchen open to the stylish living room and spacious dining room. 3 vehicles 2 boats. In the middle of the beautiful Angelina Forest w/Peekaboo view of magnificent Lake Sam Rayburn.
Cassels-Boykin Park boat ramp only 3 minutes away, 5 mins to Zavalla & 2 min walk to the lake (no vehicles).
In front of Kervins RV Park. One of the best locations in the area!

The space
Follow the trail next to the home to get to the lake.

2 closets are locked as well as utility room but guests have access to entire rest of the house.

Other things to note
Use the Cassels-Boykins boat ramp and bring your boat around to the cove backing up to Kervins Park for easy access during your stay.
We have room for up to three vehicles and two boats at the home.
