Conveniently located 15 miles from Meeker up the White River along the Flat Tops Scenic Biway, County Road 8. Stop in town to plan your favorite meals and use the full kitchen, grill and appliances to prepare your meals.

Please note that Colorado now requires an active fishing, hunting or State Wildlife Area (SWA) pass to access SWAs which includes the Oak Ridge State Wildlife encompassing the public lands to the north of the cabin and the Lake Avery area just a few miles up from the cabin. Hunters can access the SWA right from the cabin.

The White River below the cabin is public fishing and there are several marked access points up and down river from the Cabin to enter the Sleepy Cat Access.

Please be mindful of the private and public lands in the area.

The dynamic duo started their story together at Colorado State University and now reside in Steamboat Springs were they are living out their 20's as "work hard play hard" young professionals. They desire to provide you a unique experience and encourage you to leave the TV off, put the phones away and authentically encounter not only the surrounding mountains and wildlife, but most importantly, the family or friends traveling with you.
