Beautiful ground floor Apt located within a gated community only 800 metres from Puerto Banus Perfect rental home with a private terrace, modern decor, parking, 24 hour security, and equipped with all of the necessary appliances .

Check is 4pm but guests can drop bags from anytime after 12 noon.

The space

This property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition to this, it has a large open plan lounge combined with a dining room, with an open fireplace and three patio doors leading out onto the south and south west facing terrace and large private garden for sole use of the property. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with all appliances built in and dining table and area, alarm, safe, wifi, internet TV and Sky Cable TV including Sky Sports.

To access the property guests enter via a side gatewith wine key . walk 10 metres and entering the apartment block 8 on the right by entering the following code 0817 on key pad outside block 8.The apartment is located on the ground floor so once the guest has come through this entrance our apartment is the first one that you will see on the right being number 35.

Alternatively, the Property can be accessed by lift with luggage/shopping through underground garage and lift opens to front door of property.
NB Burglar Alarm control box behind hall door as Guest enters just press panel to activate to turn off press green OFF top right .
To turn on =Arm + Code
always turn on Alarm when exiting

Other things to note

On entering Apt turn off alarm behind hall door by entering code 0212 + pressing green off button top right .
Always turn on Alarm when leaving Apt =Arm+code 0212 .
Alarm system is on a service contract so please telephone Target at any time and day over 24 hours .
There is no need to buy bottled water as there is a plumbed in water filter to sink in kitchen with its own tap on right hand side of sink.
NB Hot Water
Plug in hot water in first cubbord to right as you enter master bedroom ONLY 1 HOUR before use and immediately after as in hot clammy humid weather plug could over heat .Plug out immediately everyone has showered .
NEVER leave hot water plugged in or Air Conditioning when going out OR all night .

Absolutely loved Mary's place, the apartment itself is spacious, a high quality finish, a really lovley garden and terrace which gets the sun all day long. The apartment is like a home from home. The location is perfect, ten minute straight walk into Puerto Banus and 2 supermarkets and a great burger restaurant only a two minute walk away. Mary accommodated us perfectly and communication through was brilliant. We will defintkey be back again

Mary's flat is as stunning an beautiful as you could hope. Well positioned and only a short walk from the Port, but set back far enough to give you peace and privacy. The flat comes well stocked with equipment and furniture and a beautiful private garden for sole use. The communal pool is fantastic in that it has both the luxury of a Jacuzzi and world pool at one end and a lovely children's play area at the other. There's even a thatched luxury area where one can sit and read, with cold water and clean toilets. Mary clearly takes extreme pride in the apartment and was very eager to guide us in and offer recommendations of where to go and what to see. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this property and can assure you you're unlikely to be disappointed.

The flat is very well located, we were able to go in puerto banus by foot and the residence is also very well deserved by taxis. It's a quiet and peacefull environnement where you can appreciate a beautiful swimming pool. The flat is confortable and spacefull, it was just perfect :)

This Vila is great for a large group of people sharing. It's spacious and has everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. It's in beautiful surroundings and within easy reach of Porta Banus.

Dear Angela and Co . Thank you for your positive review . I am very sorry for my error with entry code to Block 8 where my apt is located .This was a genuine mistake on my part as my community change the code for security purposes which they believe makes owners and their guests/clients safe .The code is due to change again on 1st June . I am also very sorry that swimming pool was not accessable during your stay but it was undergoing a major change which was a very big project and with all major projects technical problems arise as did in this instance .I had anticipated that the work would have been finished.I gave it a lot of thought but made a wrong call in not informing you the day before you arrived when I learnt that the swimmimg pool would not be accesible to you.It was an oversight on my part.I was preocuppied with ensuring that my apt was totally in order for you.Again I apologise profusely for this ommission .I genuinely believed that you and your party would be happy to go to nearby beach because it is really good .I had no idea that you chose to rent my apt because of the swimming pool in my complex .I genuinely believed that you rented my APT from its description on Airbnb its photograghs and location .Again I apologise for this inconvenience to you .
