In addition to this, it has a large open plan lounge combined with a dining room, with an open fireplace and three patio doors leading out onto the south and south west facing terrace and large private garden for sole use of the property. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with all appliances built in and dining table and area, alarm, safe, wifi, internet TV and Sky Cable TV including Sky Sports.

Guest access
To access the property guests enter via a side gatewith wine key . walk 10 metres and entering the apartment block 8 on the right by entering the following code 0817 on key pad outside block 8.The apartment is located on the ground floor so once the guest has come through this entrance our apartment is the first one that you will see on the right being number 35.
Alternatively, the Property can be accessed by lift with luggage/shopping through underground garage and lift opens to front door of property.
NB Burglar Alarm control box behind hall door as Guest enters just press panel to activate to turn off press green OFF top right .

always turn on Alarm when exiting

Other things to note
On entering Apt turn off alarm behind hall door by entering code 0212 + pressing green off button top right .
Always turn on Alarm when leaving Apt =Arm+code 0212 .
Alarm system is on a service contract so please telephone Target at any time and day over 24 hours .
There is no need to buy bottled water as there is a plumbed in water filter to sink in kitchen with its own tap on right hand side of sink.
NB Hot Water
Plug in hot water in first cubbord to right as you enter master bedroom ONLY 1 HOUR before use and immediately after as in hot clammy humid weather plug could over heat .Plug out immediately everyone has showered .
NEVER leave hot water plugged in or Air Conditioning when going out OR all night .
