A gorgeous second story hideaway directly on a vineyard! Very comfortably adorned, very modern furnishings, large front deck area to read/grill, quaint back balcony to eat breakfast and watch the birds over the vineyard, well stocked kitchen. The suggested winerys for tasting in russian river valley were perfect, and the town with groceries/food is only 5min drive
The listing was exactly as described, but even better upon arrival. Very peaceful neighborhood and the loft overlooks a vineyard. We only booked for two nights but now wish we would have stayed longer. The hosts were very thorough and supplied lots of great information (they thought of everything). The perfect getaway!
This was my first Airbnb and it definitely won't be my last. I booked the cottage for my girlfriend's first visit to California. The experience exceeded both of our expectations. The cottage is very cute inside, but the big differentiator is the incredible view from the back. We felt like we were alone on our own private vineyard. There are several vineyards for wine tasting within 15 minutes and the small town, with restaurants and grocery store, is only a mile away. We grabbed steaks from the grocery store and grilled out on the cottage's patio one night. The hosts were extremely responsive and the guidebook was very useful in figuring out what to do and see. Amazing overall experience. I would definitely recommend it.
The cottage was just as described and even more beautiful in person. The back porch looking out over a vineyard is all the reason needed to stay here, and all of the other amenities are just icing on the cake. We'll be coming back!
Rachel and Tim were very accomodating hosts. Their cottage is located in a quiet area with scenic surroundings. This was the type of setting Jacqueline and I were hoping to experience. Drinking wine while overlooking a vineyard and watching the sunset from the deck was an awsesome experience. Good for the mind and soul.
Rachel & Tim's vineyard cabin was the perfect spot for one or two people to have a private getaway. The location is unrivaled, set back into the woods, but only minutes away from Guerneville and Korbel's champagne cellars. The back patio overlooks vineyards surrounded by redwoods and is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning or wine and cheese at night. Accommodations are exactly as pictured, the cabin feels welcoming and bright. The kitchen is well equipped, we were able to make several delicious meals. The neighborhood is quaint and quirky, if you're looking for a place to relax and recharge --this is it! Can't wait for a good excuse to plan another visit.
The cottage was simply perfect for our wine country get away! We stayed 4 nights & cooked at the house 3 of them while we enjoyed the spoils of our wine tasting and the view of the vineyard out the back. The kitchen isn't gourmet, but serviceable and certainly met our needs. The bed is comfortable, the location tucked away and quiet, the view of the stars amazing and communication with Rachel & Tim was seamless. We will definitely come back!!

About the Host, Rachel & Tim
Rachel: I am an avid traveler but always love coming home to SF. It is my goal to try every great SF restaurant and although that might be an undoable task, I will try! I am originally from Sonoma County so I will always have a soft spot for rolling vineyards and the Russian River.
Five things I can't live without: my favorite people, good design of all kinds, Philz coffee, dancing, and travelling adventures.
Tim: I moved to San Francisco from Indiana six years ago and I've never looked back. I love life in the city and escaping to the relaxing cottage in Guerneville. I may look mild-mannered, but someday I'll have a tattoo and drive a motorcycle.
Five things I can't live without: my beautiful wife, Philz coffee (I didn't copy), IU basketball, my brothers, and my imaginary airplane.
