The block is surrounded by beautiful and large private gardens, exclusively available to the residents. Through the seasons the gardens change with a spectacular display of flowers all through the summer.
Squirrels reside in the gardens and can be seen leaping through the tree branches in the spring and summer.
The high street, Haverstock Hill, is populated with fashionable shops, cafes and restaurants with the addition of the plush Screen on the Hill cinema.
Ten minutes walk away you will find the famous Hampstead Heath, the largest area of natural woodland in London and a short walk or bus ride up the hill will take you to Hampstead village, a beautiful historical neighbourhood also enjoying upmarket shopping, superb dining and elegant cafés.

I highly recommend this apartment for any out of town visitor to London. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even went so far as to supply me with a hair dryer when I forgot mine. They were easy to communicate with and when my booking was accidentally cancelled they reinstated it and made my arrival smooth. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, close to the tube station in a safe and quaint neighborhood. I will definitely be back on my next business trip and recommend this space to my colleagues.
The location of the house was very good to the metro station and to the small center of Belsize. The first two days the central heating was not working and the house was very cold. After they have fixed it and we were very comfortable inside. It was a large bedroom, new bathroom... We had a very nice week.
Ruthie is a great host, everything was perfectly arranged before our arrival, we had a very smooth check in. Her flat is clean, bright, very spacious and kitchen is fully equiped. I definitely suggest her hosting and I would love to comeback again and again.
For Eti`s flat you exit Belsize Park. It`s the Northern Line (black) when you get there by tube (underground). It`s the perfect Line for your sightseeing.
The flat is about 6 minutes away (walking distance) from the tube.
The flat is very nice and is big enough for 2 adults and two children (10+13 years old). We had a very good time there.
In Belsize Park you have a lot of shops, restaurants and cafe´s. You feel very secure.
Eti gave us a very good direction to her flat. We found it right away. For questions we could easily reach her by mobile.

The flat was easy to find, spacious, in a great neighbourhood, and very clean. We were greeted by a very nice friend of Ruthie's, and she explained the basics of the flat. She had a "proper" cot (not a fold up one) ready and waiting for us which was very helpful for our baby.
The only complaint I had was that the elevator was basically right behind the headboard, so if you're a light sleeper it may bother you. The building is quiet though, so it wasn't an issue later into the night. The dishwasher was also broken, which wasn't a big deal just a bit of an inconvenience.
Overall a great stay. I would recommend it to anyone.
The apartment has a convenient location. It's very close to underground, but the area is quite and clean. Eti is very kind and friendly lady.
My husband, granddaughter, and I had a wonderful experience at Ruthie/Eti's apartment. It was spaciious, spotless, and well-appointed. We were also taken with the area--it has easy access to the Tube system, offers many appealing eating places, and is close to parks that were perfect for us to do a couple of short, early-morning runs. Eti was wonderfully gracious to us (and welcomed us with fresh bagels and croissants). We would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting London.
The flat is very light and spacious and in a genteel 1930s brick mansion. Eti met us there and explained everything clearly. She was delightful as was her husband on the phone later in the week when we thought we'd lost our keys and were locked out. He kindly offered to come straight round - fortunately we then found our keys.
The location is great, 15mins walk to Hamstead Heath or Regents Park. Bus, underground and overground services all good and close. We had a terrific holiday.
