La casa è molto pulita e luminosa. Comunicazione ottima. L'host è stato molto disponibile, torneremo sicuramente.
We spend 3 days in Roma and Francesco apartment is a good place to sleep. His mama was very nice she even spoke in french. The apartment is OK, corresponding to the Airbnb pictures. It is quite far from the center of Roma but the tram is nearby. Except the noisy road everything was ok.
Francesco apartment is functional, and big enough for 4 peoples.
It worth the price.
Stayed in the flat with my girlfriend and another couple from Thursday 29th January until 31st January this year. It was perfect for the four of us, with more than enough space. The flat was very clean and warm at all times (important in January!). 5 minute slow walk to the tram which is free to get on, then 2 stops to a nice square with excellent tube links. 2 stops from there to the Vatican which we would definitely recommend.
Francesco was an excellent host, met us before out check in time and allowed us to leave well after check out. Very friendly and receptive. Owns a really nice bar 2 minutes away which we would also recommend highly!
Overall for the price we paid we are extremely happy with every aspect of our stay and couldn't recommend highly enough! Thanks Francesco!
We had a wonderful stay at Francesco's apartment! His mother, whom lives in the same building, greeted us promptly at 2pm and was very kind. The apartment was supplied with all the essentials you could ever need for the perfect home away from home. the tram is just a block away and only 4 stops (5-10 minutes) from the Via del corso which is a famous shopping and dining districts.
The apartment rooms, especially the kitchen are nice and large.
The neighbourhood is very cosy, quiet and safe and a great place to get away from all the chaos of the city.
Our favourite things about the place were the tiny balcony in the kitchen, Francesco's cute mom and the washing machine!
Wifi was a bit slow, but if you move the router to the kitchen it worked much better!
Had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again!
We came for a conference in Rome and were looking for a convenient place to stay that offered us the option of seeing Rome a little bit as well. Francesco's apartment was exactly what we were looking for! It is nicely furnished, the area is quiet and yet central enough to see Rome. There is a direct bus connection to the train station and a tram connection that will take you to the city centre. My new favourite restaurant in Rome Cacio e Pepe is a few walking minutes away. Try it!
Francesco's apartment was situated within walking distance of Rome's great attractions. The apartment was a good size for 5 people for a long weekend and we were very kindly greeted by Francesco's mother who showed us around. Although the wifi didn't work very well in the apartment this did not put a dent in our trip. I would recommend staying here for a long weekend in this amazing city!
Great place to stay in Rome. Really enjoyed the location. Not to far from everything that we wanted to see but just far enough. Really enjoyed my first trip to Italy.
