Francesco was very nice and helpful. He lets us check in at 12am and gave us m a tour of his home. The place was nice.m and there was a 24/h market one block away that sold everything you need. The ac doesn't cool the entire place and sometimes it was hot but we enjoyed our stay in a safe area.

We had the pleasure of staying in Francesco's apartment for seven weeks while working in Rome, so we had a lot of time to get comfortable with the apartment and area. Good: Location. The 24-hour supermarket right around the corner was perfect, especially coming home late at night after work as sushi is available 24hrs. There is very good access to Bus 910, Tram 2, or 30mins walk to get downtown. It is also in a very good location to the Stadium for football games. Communication with Francesco was brilliant during our whole stay. Even one night when I locked myself out because left my keys in the apartment, Francesco and his father were available to help me immediately. The apartment is very spacious and is within other apartment blocks inside a small lovely gated courtyard. We felt very comfortable within this area and the neighbours. And lastly, the beds are very comfortable! Bad: Noise. It took us some time to get use to the noise at night as the windows do not shut out any of the noise from the loud streets outside, especially at weekends and after football games. Ear plugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper because even after seven weeks, it was still a struggle without. The shower is a little small, but works very well. However, the tank does not hold a lot of hot water. One of us would usually shower at night and the other in the morning, or we would wait an hour between us both showering in the same evening. The kitchen has basic amenities, but is not really designed for cooking every night. The AC unit is also located in the kitchen and works very well, however, do not have the AC on as well as running the washing machine. It severed the purpose of our stay and after reading previous reviews, we were prepared for the issues with noise and hot water. Thank you Francesco for our stay and we will stay again if we come back to Rome!

Nice appartment and courtyard garden, fine and friendly neighbourhood, residential area, alas fairly noisy traffic in the streets around the appartment. Good connection by public transport, only 6 minutes by tram to piazza di popolo and the subway. There's is a market nearby and a concert hall, you can walk along the tiber. Good facilities as cafes and supermarket, kiosk. Fransceso communicated accurate. A good place to stay.

The location of the apartment was perfect! We walked about an hour to get to the Via Corso and the Coloseum and the next day the same for St. Peter's Square and Vatican City. There is a number of stores located literally around the corner including a great grocery store and also some farmers market kiosks. As mentioned in other reviews, we did have some issues with the hot water tank not being big enough for showers to be more than maybe five minutes in length and the shower itself is small. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment, the beds were very comfortable and there were lots of towels supplied. It was, overall, an excellent value for the money and I would recommend it to others .

Francesco was a very nice and let us check in earlier then 2 oclock. The noise from the road outside is very loud and had very little sleep due to this but the beds were very comfy to stay in. The kitchen has no microwave or oven so we couldnt cook the pizza that we brought. The living room isnt really idea its a sofa bed pulled out and some hard chairs to sit on although if your a tourist in rome you wouldnt be sat in doors much. The tv had 3 channels we ask for this to be looked out which he done but said everything was fine although we could only still get 3 channels. The shower was okay once you were in and actually had hot water for about 2 minutes it was abit of a pain for us as there was 4 of us and could only use the shower once a day due to the hot water running out and just having a cold shower. Apart from these small things the apartment is in a good location. Thankyou for having us.

Response from Francesco:
La dotazione dell'appartamento e descritta correttamente bell'annuncio, il televisore aveva un problema in tutto il palazzo anche negli altri appartamenti a causa di lavori , abbiamo tentato più volte di farlo funzionare ma non dipendeva da noi
