The space
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a newly renovated tenement house with an elevator, right in the heart of Krakow. It is just a 10-minute walk to the Vistula River and the ICE Congress Center!
The apartment consists of:
🛏️ A sleeping area with:
- a double bed (140x200 cm),
- a chest of drawers,
- TV,
- AC,
- a wardrobe with hangers,
- a table and 2 chairs, where you can comfortably enjoy a meal or work,
- windows equipped with blinds, perfect for those who enjoy sleeping in past sunrise ;)
🍳 A kitchenette, where you will find:
- a small under-counter fridge,
- a two-burner electric stove,
- an electric kettle,
- all the essential utensils, such as cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans, to prepare your meals;
🚿 A bathroom with:
- a shower and toilet.
🌅 Spacious terrace with:
- sun loungers
🧹🧴You also have access to a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and a mop if needed. We provide shower gel, shampoo, towels, and, of course, bed linen.
☕ You’ll also find coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and a laundry capsule in case you need to use the washing machine.
The apartment is equipped like a standard home, making it ideal for both short and long stays. If you have any doubts about what’s available on-site, feel free to contact me! :)
🔑 Additionally, you’ll get a key to the laundry room, located on the ground floor, in case you want to use the washing machine.
📶 Our apartment has WiFi (speed test results: download 23.58 Mbps, upload 20.19 Mbps).
💬 If you need anything extra (e.g., more towels), please let us know! We’ll do our best to organize it as quickly as possible.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment 🏡.
Check-in is between 14:00 and 20:00 ⏰
Check-out is by 10:00 ⏳. If you wish to check-in/check-out at a different time, as long as it’s possible (no reservations / other guests check out earlier / later), we’ll have no problem with that. Just let us know 😊
IMPORTANT: Check-ins after 20:00 incur an additional charge of 100 PLN (or 25 EUR) 💶! We can also offer a self-check-in option with no extra charge 👍
At check-in, someone will always come to give you the keys 🔑 and let you into the apartment. We will then explain how the heating/water heater works 🔥 or anything that might be unusual, so you won’t have any surprises! During check-in, we can also share a bit about Kraków 🏙️, so if you have any questions, we’ll have time to answer them 😊.
We would of course love to welcome you in person 👋, but we can also offer a self-check-in option! 🗝️
Check-out is usually without us 🚪. You will find instructions in the apartment 📜

We are at your disposal before your arrival and throughout your stay. 😊 While we don’t have a physical reception on-site, you can always contact us via Airbnb or by phone. We live in Kraków, so we’ll do our best to make your stay 100% comfortable!

📄 According to our listing and applicable regulations, all guests are required to provide a valid ID and complete a registration form prior to arrival. Without completing the form (which will be sent via a secure link through the platform), we are unable to officially register your stay or provide the access codes to the apartment. This procedure ensures the safety of our guests and the property. Your personal information is processed solely for the purpose of identity verification. It is never used in a way that compromises your privacy and is accessible only to the secure registration system we use. All check-in instructions and access codes are sent only after the form has been completed. In case the form is not submitted, a personal meeting with one of our staff members will be required at a pre-arranged time to verify your ID.
🛂 On the day of your arrival, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, we will provide detailed self-check-in instructions. Please note: receiving this information requires prior completion of the registration form.
⏰ We kindly ask you to check out on time on the day of departure. A late check-out fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR per each started hour will apply if check-out is delayed.
🧳 As hosts, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the apartment. Please make sure the door is securely locked each time you leave the apartment. In case of lost keys, guests will be charged for the replacement of the entire lock.
🚭 For the comfort of all our guests and in line with safety regulations, smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other substances) is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
In the event of a violation, a cleaning fee of 400 PLN will be charged.
🚫 Although we love animals, unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding.
🧻 Please note that basic supplies such as toilet paper, laundry capsules, and dishwasher tablets are provided only at the start of your stay. If you need more during your visit, we kindly ask you to purchase them on your own.
❗ In the event that the keys to the apartment are lost by the Guest, the Guest will be charged the full cost of replacing the lock and providing a new set of keys. The total amount will be determined based on the actual cost of locksmith services and lock replacement.
🚿 Due to a construction issue with the shower, water may occasionally drain more slowly. If you experience any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us—we’ll be happy to assist you.
