The house is exactly like the description, is a cottage 30min by bus from the centrum. Nice for a group of friends or a family.
Ian was really nice leaving us some food for breakfast. However, the house was a little bit cold at night.
Although we did not meet Ian in person, he was always very kind and quick in the replies, so it was very easy to communicate with him. The cottage is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the city center is easy reachable by bus (~17 min). It was very clean and well maintained and we really enjoyed the our stay there.
Ian is a very friendly person and the appartment was sweet and cozy. Most of it was clean, and if you don't mind one or two cobwebs, than you're right with this cottage. Staying an extra night was no problem, we payed it when we were there.
The flat was OK as we were 4 men staying in Dublin to enjoy golf courses in Portmarnock, spending most of our time outside. Nevertheless, I would not say that this cottage is very cosy, and for instance definitely not suitable for a couple searching a romantic stay in Dublin...
We loved our stay at Ian's. The cottage was so cozy and we had everything we needed. Ian and Audrey were so sweet and helpful and very accommodating and we loved Audrey's pancakes! The location was also convenient, easy access to the city centre by bus, and grocery shopping nearby as well. A great place to stay.
