I made a mistake for rent the house I thought it was a entire house but i was not. However, here is my opinion for this house and area. There is dirty in the room with strange bad smell in the house. The actual room is very different from the pic showed on Airbnb. The tenants lived in were discourteous and rude, I think Tim could do better.

Like all his other properties I've booked for short stays, this was a beautiful, Charming and clean home with comfortable beds and private space. The other guests were nice and friendly but overall you getting privacy and cleanliness. Tim is also always fast to respond and accommodating

I needed a place to stay the night after the Passion 2015 conference. Registered for Airbnb on Sunday morning, requested for a reservation at Tim's place, and was accepted minutes later. In the afternoon, I took the Marta to West End. This house is located 10-15 minutes from the Marta station. I was the only guest at the house when I arrived, and got a private room instead of a shared room. The house is clean, and the furnishings looked good. Being able to do laundry was God-sent. The house is on a seemingly decent-looking street, but the other streets around it are definitely sketchy-looking. I definitely drew stares walking with my luggage. Not a place a single, female traveler wants to be walking about after dark. The walls are thin which meant that I could hear any noises outside. The night was pretty quiet except for the occasional train noise. I wasn't so comfortable staying around in the neighborhood and in the house by myself longer the next day (apparently, someone else had checked in the next morning, but I never saw him), and checked out in the morning after a hot shower. The house seems like a good place for a big group booking, but as a single, female alone in a big house, I was definitely more cautious. Still, it was a good, satisfactory first Airbnb experience. I never met Tim, but was happy with the promptness if his replies.

Tim was a fantastic host who gladly accepted our request to crash for the night. He was so hospitable and made sure we were comfortable in the rooms. He also is very knowledgeable about the area and was able to recommend lots of fun stuff to see and do around town. I highly recommend staying with with Tim because you know you are in for a good time and a nice comfortable place to sleep.

Had a great experience at Tim's place. Home was worth the price and was conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown in an upcoming neighborhood. Neighborhood was a little iffy but quiet. Tim was a great host , will rent again.

You can't beat the price, and the house is nice inside -- living room has a great couch, beds are decent, TV, kitchen, etc. Tim is very personable although he doesn't live there and dropped by in the evening to make sure everything was good; he was also very fast to respond to text. Said that, the neighborhood is definitely sketchy -- I almost left after the first night, and another person staying there actually did. Took an Uber to and from downtown. First driver expressed concerns about my safety and stayed to make sure everything was OK before leaving, and the second driver was accosted by a neighborhood resident when he paused to pick me up at 8am. But, the windows are barred.

I am a very relaxed and easygoing and open minded guy looking to host people and make new friends around the world. I have always wanted to work in the hospitality industry since I was a kid it was a dream of mine to own my own b&b. I lived in my home on Tift Ave for over 15 years. I have hosted many friends and travelers from around the world in my historic home. Now that I found out about AirBNB, I am opening my home to you. I now have properties close to downtown Atlanta in historic Capital View neighborhood and in Historic Adair Park neighborhood and close to Airport. they are both very close to downtown and walking distance from the marta train station and bus stops so Its very easy to get around the city without the need for a car. Several of the homes also can be booked entirely for larger groups.I also have many hostel spaces available great for travelers on a budget. I have male and female dorms. I love to share travel stories drink good wine and eat good food. I like almost anything as far as food goes and red and white white alike as well as a good beer. I really don't have any major rules just be a polite guest as I will be a great host and even show you around if you need me to. I also love the outdoors and know some great places to hike in Atlanta. I also love to cook, drink wine or beers and eat good food and have a Nice large kitchen for you to make yourself at home in as well as each house has a great private backyard and fire pit and large front porches, I live on Tift Ave has 4 outdoor cats and a small dog Alvin you will love. My other properties do not have any animals unless a guest happens to have one.
