The loft is in a beautiful historic building in the banking district and close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, bars/lounges, markets and clubs. It's within walking distance of LA Live and Staples Center, Performing Arts Center (feat. Disney Concert Hall), Museum of Contemporary Art, Chinatown, Little Tokyo and Fashion District. The location is very convenient and close to the 5, 10, 101 and 110 freeways. The loft is two blocks from the red line subway, which goes to Hollywood and Universal Studios and connects to the blue (Long Beach) and gold lines (Pasadena).
I love living here. The incredibly convenient location and coziness of the place is a wonderful way to experience LA. I live here by myself, but the place is definitely more than large enough for two people. I travel very frequently for work, so please let me know if you're interested!
We had a great stay in LA at Sonia´s apartment. Sonia was very helpful - we were able to come to the apartment straight after arriving on a morning flight which was fantastic. The apartment was very comfortable - lovely, light, roomy and clean. A great shower too which is always a traveller`s delight, with bath salts provided if you felt like the luxury of a bath. All the amenities you`d need for a longer stay too in a great location.
My friend and I stayed at Sonia's place in November 2012. Unfortunately we had a bad experience given that her space was quite filthy. There were balls of hair and dust all around. There were dishes in the sink when we arrived. The bed sheets were visibly dirty with blood stains and it was apparent that they had not been changed. The washroom sink, toilet and tubs were so dirty that my friend and I had to spend time cleaning it before using it ourselves. When we addressed this with Sonia her initial response was not positive as she felt that there is no way that her place could have been left that way. However she apologized soon after and gave us a $100.00 discount. Aside from the dirty environment, we found the actual location of the apartment to be perfect. Also Sonia's place itself is quite spacious and very eclectic in terms of decor.
Sonia met us at her loft and welcomed us to her place. The place looks just like the photos! An abundance of natural light brightens the loft during the day. Would stay again!
Sonia communicated with us great and we loved staying at her place. It was conveniently located in downtown LA and we were able to park in a parking structure right next to her building that was only $5 for 24 hours. The loft was quite spacious too and nicely decorated :)
Beautiful place in the middle of downtown. Close to some fun coffeeshops and bars. Great character in old building.
really nice space!
