Other Things to Note
During the available dates listed in this AD, 1 adult and the child would not be present during your stay here.
We enjoy sharing space with people who are respectful of others, who enjoy community style housing, who contribute and are tidy/clean, and take good care of the space they are in. Non-smokers preferred.
My husband and I stayed between Christmas and New Year's. The whole experience was super easy. Sean was very nice and flexible. Since we had just gotten back from the Philippines, our sleep schedule was exactly opposite, and that was no problem.
The room was HUGE and beautiful, like in the picture. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood full of old homes. They have black-out curtains in the room, which was great for sleeping during the day! I had a little trouble figuring out the hot water in the shower, but I seem to always have that problem. Every house is different, eh?
The location is also great. We rented a car, and it was like 5-10 minutes to get anywhere.
Oh, and lastly the house was nice and warm. Sometimes old houses are cold a drafty, but that was totally not the case. I'd definitely stay there again.
Conveniently located with on-street parking, clean room with curtains for later sleeping and easy going host. As long as you don't mind sharing a restroom--no worries but I was concerned that I hadn't asked anyone's schedule and I hesitated to take a shower in the morning not knowing if anyone else might need the facilities. So you might want to ask that upon arrival rather than feel like you are putting anyone out.
Very Much enjoyed my stay at Aurora's Neighborhood Apt house. My communications with Aurora were prefect and helpful. My host Sean was Awesome, very helpful and accomadating! Extra benifit: Sean is an awesome massege theripst if you have the time, it is well worth setting it up! The roommate and his dog were friendly as well. Very respectful of my personal space. Definatly more of a bohemian type retreat lodging than i had expected. My room was clean and super comfy bed and well appointed. Not downtown, but close enough, with close good resturants and grocery stores!!
Hope to go back for another visit!
I stayed for whole month in this lovely room and home which is not only cozy and beautiful but very centrally located and well maintained. Would most definitely recommend.
As two gals who have done some intensive national traveling over the past two weeks, we can tell you that Asheville was one of the major highlights of our trip, and the folks at this house played a huge role in that. Not only were they warm and inviting, but they were very helpful in terms of making suggestions for things to check out. We enjoyed our time with them, and in the space, and felt very comfortable during our two nights there.

As a early 30's modern farm girl ( a mixture of hippy, Bohemian, and spiritualist ) alot of my time is spent enjoying the rewards of motherhood, great relationships, and a diversity of healing arts.
I love spending time in the Asheville community, as well as the Northern California parts. I travel alot. My passion for personal growth, sustainability, and conscious living seem to be a continual, captivating focus for me in life. My desire is to share the information I have with others.. So that they too, may be inspired to create a fun, soulful, healthy, JOY filled life!
