Glendon's house was the perfect location for a long weekend in Sedona with friends. We were all escaping the long winter in Boston and enjoyed the beautiful setting and architecture of the house. We had great hikes out the backdoor, beautiful sun - and sunsets - on the decks & easy access to town. I'd highly recommend this location to others.
The house was perfect. Cut into the mountain side, beautifully maintained, super clean. The home is fenced inside its many acres - it was nice to be able to let the kids play in a yard that was secure. Glendon was available to us, but left us as if he wasn't there. I was especially impressed with the little things…He had laundry detergent, wood for the fire pit, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. So many houses we've rented take away whatever has been left my the previous guests - it was nice to have these things especially when our flight was late and we arrived at night. Not having to do a big grocery shop the moment we got there was such a relief. We felt honored to be trusted with such a beautiful home - we would surely ask to stay there again next time we visit Sedona.
Glendon's Cliff House is truly a hidden gem. Perched on a Cliff just outside Sedona it is a great jumping point for hiking or biking. Glendon's presence next door was appreciated and he was quick to answer any question we had during our stay. The rooms are spacious and the award winning design was quite the bonus. The Cliff House really felt like home away from home. If your budget allows it there is no reason to stay anywhere else in Sedona! Btw, if you have your doubts on the picture posted above, we saw the exact same thing 2 days into our stay a beautiful rainbow coming through the mountains and it didn't even rain where we were watching it from! Just a fantastic destination! Thank you Glendon!
Our time in Sedona was wonderful mostly because we had Glendon's amazing home to return to each night. The house is fabulous and he is both gracious and willing to share Sedona's best kept secrets. His amazing talents are in evidence everywhere on his property. He was wonderful with the three generation guest list we brought- from my 83 year old mother to my 30 year old daughter and her husband. We will be back. Thank you, Glendon.
Glendon is a very gracious host, and easy to work with. The pictures of the house speak for themselves. Some of the finest accommodations in Sedona! Perfect staging area for mountain bike riders with trail options out the door in all directions. Highly recommended.
