The space
Newly renovated home from the 60s enjoy old-school charm with a new-age look! The best of both worlds, this is the Lake Michigan resort town "stay" you've been searching for. Some featured highlights:

The Space:
The property is located just before entering the beautiful Saugatuck Dunes State Park. Tucked away from the busy downtown, surrounded by nature and wildlife on nearly 3 acres of lush land.

Inside, you will find a thoughtfully designed space with comfort and entertainment in mind. The kitchen boasts a sizeable 9-foot island, enough room to cook and host a family Thanksgiving dinner. In addition, with an open kitchen/dining/ living room concept, you'll enjoy each other's company with ample living space.

You will find a full bathroom and powder room on the main level. Along with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and one with a private balcony. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The dining area opens to an outdoor dining deck with a pergola and string lights.

The lower level has another living room with sliding glass doors that lead out to the lower deck with seating. You will also find a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds, and a laundry room.

Guest access
You will have the entire house and property to yourself.

Other things to note
Please Note: On Mondays, a groundskeeper will roll the outdoor trash bin to the road for Tuesday pickup. This will be done without disturbance. Similarly, on Mondays from April to October, a lawn care service will visit at midday. If these arrangements pose any inconvenience, kindly inform your host for suitable adjustments.

The grill is located to the left of the garage (we provide propane). There is an extra refrigerator in the garage for food/beverages. Laundry is located on the lower level. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and yoga mats in the home for your enjoyment.

Firewood is available for guest use on the honor system: $6 per bucket. Thank you for helping support the time and work that goes into collecting and drying it.
