POOL ACCESS
- 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- ₱200 per guest (payable at the Front Desk)
- Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday only as per DMCI policy. Thursday is for pool maintenance while weekends and holidays are exclusive for homeowners.
PARKING
- ₱250+ per day (rates changes depends on what day and slots are available)
- Check-in Time: 3PM onwards
- Check-out Time: anytime before 12NN
- Same parking slot for car and motorcycle
Inform me that you need a parking slot after confirming your booking so that I can arrange it in advance as pay parking on the premises are limited only.
Other things to note
💎HOUSE RULES
-please take note of our house rules before booking.
1. CHECK-IN is at 3PM and CHECK-OUT is strictly at 12NN. Early Check-in & Late Check-out is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY with a fee of P100/hour
2. Only registered guests are permitted in the unit.
3. Kindly use the slippers inside the unit and leave your shoes on the shoe rack provided.
4. Once the aircon is turned on, make sure it runs for a minimum of 8 hours to ensure optimal performance.
If the room becomes too cold, do not turn off the aircon. Instead, adjust the temperature to 23°C, 24°C, or 25°C for your comfort.
5. Light cooking is allowed, however we strongly discourage cooking or storing foods with strong smell like dried fish, bagoong, durian and fried fish
6. Please avoid throwing or letting small food particles go down the sink, as it may cause clogging. CLOGGED FEE: P1,000
7. No smoking inside the unit. SMOKING FEE: P3,000
8. Throwing items off the balcony are strictly prohibited.
9. Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins located in Basement 1.
10. A water jug is provided in the unit. Free refills are available at basement (Please note that this service is optional. Additionally, we do not keep water stocked in the jug for health reasons)
11. Adhere to our 'Clean As You Go' policy: Wash used dishes and tidy up before departure. Ensure all appliances, except the refrigerator and WiFi, are turned off.
12. Upon check-out, lock the unit securely and return the keys to the lockbox.
