Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • I stayed this place for 3months. Good size for 1 person and you have everything you need. The room is on the top of the building so you won't be annoying by upstairs neighbors.
The place is middle of Chinatown, there are a lot of shops around the apartment, safe, and good transport links. This area is easy to live. I was little bit feel weird but I enjoyed there very much. Fabrizia is a great person. She is always helpful and be there when I needed. I could make a great stay in Milano!

  • The apartment had everything we needed for a week long stay and even cooked dinner once or twice. The location of the apartment was not what we expected... it's not the lively chinatown we are use to with restaurants etc. just plenty of cheap imported clothes stores. However the tram is practically a minute away so you can always go to other nicer areas of Milan.

    Thanks for the great stay.

  • Nice place ,centrally located in China town.Comfortable and large queen bed.Did not uses couch roll out.Undisclosed was the fact that their were 4floors( 8 back to backs) of stairs and no (email hidden)ed to be physically fit to stay here. Was suppose to have internet but owner did not get it set up till half way thru my stay. There was also no tolilet paper in the apartment.
Would look for a different palce next time. The palce i stayed last year was nicer and the same price.

    Response from Fabrizia:

Nothing and never undisclosed or hidden to my guests!! Simply you need to read the ad before saying things that are untrue or misleading. - you said "Was suppose to have internet" but the ad said " Internet key is one request", it means that you should ask for it and pay the service, and it means that it has to ask before the arrival, you did not ask I did not provide it! Anyway when your son John ask for this service I tried promptly to give you a internet key, but since it was sunday i could not give you the card until the day after. Plus, I did not charge you anything (and it was suppose to be). No elevator? it is written in the ad. Missing toilet paper? At check in with your son (son in law?), when i realized that there was not toilet paper, I wanted to go immediately to buy it but your son stopped me saying that it coould bring it whith no problem. I'm sorry but as you can see there is a different point of view that you should consider before you write something incorrect and inaccurate and penalties for those who try to do the best with his guests!
