Our newly renovated building has four apartments, and you will have access to all four of them! Two are on the first floor and two are on the second floor, and do require stairs. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and plenty of living area. They are not connected, but literally steps away from each other. We are conveniently located near restaurants, shops, bars, Cincinnati, The Ark, Newport Aquarium, Smale Park, Reds, Riverbend and so much more!

The space
Here is the breakdown between the apartments:
R creation, sleeps 7, 2nd floor, has a king in one room and a queen and twin in the other room. Pullout couch in the family room.
Southern Comfort, sleeps 6, on the first floor, has a king in both bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. Washer and dryer too.
Hidden Treasure, sleeps 6, also on the first floor, has a king in one bedroom and a queen with twin bunks in the other.
Bellevue Bungalow, sleeps 4, and is on the second floor. It has a king in one room and a queen in the other. It has a washer and dryer also.

We have lived in the Northern KY area our whole lives, but with this remodel, just recently became more acquainted with the Bellevue/Newport area. We love the walkability to nearby shops/restaurants and overall convenience to downtown Cincinnati.
