This cozy modern little lodge designed and built by Wisconsin Tiny Homes, is tucked into the woods 150 ft above a small woodland pond in the valley below. A bird lover's paradise. Comfortably and thoughtfully appointed, it's the perfect getaway to enjoy with a companion or as a solo retreat. Immerse yourself in nature and treat yourself with luxurious accommodations and private hiking trails.

The space
Featuring large windows, hardwood flooring, walnut cabinetry, rustic beams and aesthetic lighting.

Emerald utilizes the Swedish Separette toilet. While different from a traditional flush toilet, it is very comfortable and easy to use.

Guest access
Private parking is located approximately 100 feet from the lodge with a section of shallow steps going down the hill.

Other things to note
Also on the property and available for nightly rental, is our Opal Little Lodge.

We are a multi-generational family who live and work on the 40 acre mostly wooded property on which Emerald sits. There are a variety of other buildings on the property, none are visible from the windows in Emerald. Nearest, is Opal Little Lodge. Because the owners live totally off-grid, you will drive by stacks of sustainably harvested firewood and a portable sawmill for cutting lumber used to build the Little Lodges you will be staying in.

Last but not least, there is a friendly Australian Shepherd dog named, Fletcher who lives on the property.
