  • Great location! This was perfect for us as we had a large family and this fit us really well. The flat was close to so many things but since it was on a pedestrian only walkway it was fairly quiet at night - you would never know that you were steps away from the Covent Garden tube stop. Fair warning if you have older people travelling with your group - the flat is up 3 flights of stairs. Not too bad on a daily basis but trying to get the all the luggage up and down the narrow stairwell was interesting. The bedrooms weren't large but were clean and worked well for us as we were only there in the mornings and at night. The balcony on the upper floor was a nice quiet place to unwind as we were lucky to have had beautiful sunny weather the entire week we were in London. And it was nice to have laundry facilities in the flat. We did have a couple of issues that came up while we were there but they were quickly addressed by management. Also some cleaning supplies were in the flat but we did have to buy dish and laundry detergent. It would have been nice to have that supplied as we had to buy a larger amount than we really needed. The overall flat was neat and clean but some of the glass doors were in need of cleaning. Otherwise we would definitely recommend this location and would rent again!

  • Great location. Accommodation not so good. Plumbing and electrical needs major maintenance and apartment dirty. wifi is useless.

  • Lovely apartment in a fantastic location so close to Covent Garden. Lots of stairs to climb but good exercise!

  • Terrific location - really unbeatable, hyper convenient and with the bonus of hugely helpful and friendly staff next door at The Fielding Hotel. Thanks all-round for a straightforward, stylish base for a long weekend exploring London. The flat was perfect for our extended family group (there really are no similar alternatives - this is a unique find!). Great value too. Might have done with a more thorough clean throughout, and some more crockery, but overall really positive. Thanks.

  • I'm happy to say that the set up, and all arrangements went off without a glitch. The flat was well represented and the staff at The Fielding Hotel, were more than helpful.
As far as the location goes, you can't do any better for central London.....Excellent!

  • Service: 5 stars
    Quality of Apartment: 4 stars
    Location: 5 stars
    Cleanliness: 5 stars
    WiFi: 1 star

Door handle to master bedroom on the top floor was broken - the door would not close.

Apartment was clean and easy to find. Location is unbeatable. Very close to Picadilly Line and Central Line. Walking distance to Westminster and the City of London. A little pricey but overall a good value.

WIFI was TERRIBLE. Connectivity was poor and the speeds were unbelivably slow. Even basic web browsing was painful. If you are a business user who needs very fast access look elsewhere (or call ahead and ask them to try to do something about it).

Having the Fielding hotel manage the property (they were right next door, 3 metres away) was awesome. We could drop bags in the morning we arrived and come back for the 3PM check in and when were able to leave our bags to come back after our 11AM check out. Very convenient.

  • The location is glorious, so central to Covent garden - obviously, but also soho and the city.
Warm, stylish well-furnished - minimal but comfortable.
The buzzer downstairs didn't work, but then we just organised to leave the key with the hotel next door and they were very accommodating.
The living area and kitchen are the heart of the apartment and are a pleasant communal space.
Two separate (double) bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are connected, which is something I hadn't realised, but we had 7 people and a baby and there was plenty of space.
I've looked, and there isn't a better apartment for large groups anywhere in London.

  • The location of this apartment is fantastic. It's very close to two metro stations and the area is filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes. The Fielding management was very helpful and responsive. They were able to accommodate us last minute due to a failed booking elsewhere. There was a heating issue in which they sent over free standing heaters immediately, and it was fixed before we checked-out.

This apartment is huge, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and a master bedroom upstairs with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are also on the same floor as the master bedroom. Because there were only 2 of us we only used the upstairs section.

The apartment is also well decorated and comfortable (has a lot of character) but it is in an older building/apartment. We didn't have any problems with noise and the actual Fielding Hotel was right next door.

Thank you again Fielding management for all your help and saving us last minute! We had a great stay.

  • For 4 male colleagues traveling to London on business from the US, the place worked very well for us. Was clean and tidy like it was your neatest friend's apartment (but not hotel clean) and the reception of the hotel that owned the apartment was just a step away from the front door. Lounge and kitchen area was spacious enough for us not to all bump into each other.

Wifi was a little fiddly. There was a network that worked upstairs and a different one downstairs. And the connection broke at regular intervals. For general email and web stuff it worked but it might not work for more hard-core users.

Location for us was perfect. You're in the center of Covent Garden, a walk from Soho, Oxford Street and Holborn. Easy taxi ride to the south bank and a subway to East London.

Doing this through the hotel means there's a lack of human touch that you expect with an airbnb rental. There wasn't a contact name or number like you'd expect. When we asked the hotel where to put the trash we didn't get a firm response - down on the street somewhere. That said, the hotel reception staff are super friendly and helpful

Property Management
We have over 20 years experience managing both long and short lets apartments. All our apartments are located in central London but we specialise in the West end area with its mass of theatres, shops, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions. Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Embankment, Soho, The London eye, The British Museum, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and The Royal opera house are just minutes walk away. All of London's other top tourist attractions can be reached quickly and easily via bus or the underground network. We can also say with utmost confidence that because we only let property that we personally own (thus eliminating the middle man) our rental prices are amongst the most competitive in London.
