The fireplace is only a feature and not operational.

As you are just 2 minutes from Covent Garden underground station, access to ALL of London's attractions could not be easier.

When you arrive you will need to collect the key at a 24 hour OFF site reception: The Fielding Hotel, 4 Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ. It's less than a 10 minute walk from all our apartments and you will be given a map and directions.
Upon Check-in, Photo identification is required from guests (Passport or Driving License) and Credit Card details as security damage deposit. We will need to take a copy of the photo ID of the person who made the booking, as well as a copy of the credit/debit card you made the booking with. Without this, you will NOT be given the key(s) of the apartment. Should the person who made the booking, not be part of the party, the booking needs to be covered by cash. The credit/debit card that was used to make the booking, will then be refunded in 7 working days.
Leave the key(s) in the flat upon vacating.
Check-out is at 11am.
You will be charged an extra day if you check out after this time
Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any key.
ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING. If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it. If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.
Great place in the heart of London and the theater district. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and the full size refridgerator was a big plus too. The stairs were a bit daunting, but really no big deal after the bags were up them. Just a couple of issues with wifi, but after a reset of the router.... No problems. Would recommend this place to a large group. 5 mins from a tube stop and all of the city is easily accessed.
This apartment has 5 flights of very narrow stairs (a total of 50 steps) to get up to the apartment located on 3rd and 4th floor. There were only 2 good and 2 broken cups with 4 glasses and some chipped plates for this place which is intended for up to 10 people staying at one time. It is sadly lacking of general maintenance as we had to call the office to send someone to replace 8 out of the 16 lightbulbs in the living room! (We could hardly read anything!) There were old and dusty M&M and other sweets left on the floor near the fire place - kitchen faucet handles were falling apart, etc. The beddings and towels were clean. The bedrooms are strangely arranged with odd bathroom arrangements. 2 bedrooms have each a private bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms will have to share 1 super tiny bathroom for 4 people. I understand this is London and space is a premium, but it did not appeared to have been remodelled with the consideration of the rental guests in mind. The 2 down stairs main doors are extremely difficult to hold open even with hands - and there was nothing provided as a stopper as it is necessary to keep the door open when moving luggage. (Using a luggage bag to hold the door was impossible due to the weight of these doors and one of them cannot be fully opened because of the wall restriction.) All the bedroom doors are spring loaded and there was only one little piece of wood we could find to stop a lighter weight door. The location is fantastic for shopping, theatres and restaurants - we were spoiled for choices indeed! The bedrooms that are facing the street is very noisy at night by the night people. There are at least 3-4 drunken homeless men hanging around near the front door permanently, they sleep inside the beautiful red phone boxes or just on the open ground. It is quite intimidating to come home at night since we were all female. This place seriously needs cleaning up and proper maintenance for the £195 cleaning fees.

Great location! This was perfect for us as we had a large family and this fit us really well. The flat was close to so many things but since it was on a pedestrian only walkway it was fairly quiet at night - you would never know that you were steps away from the Covent Garden tube stop. Fair warning if you have older people travelling with your group - the flat is up 3 flights of stairs. Not too bad on a daily basis but trying to get the all the luggage up and down the narrow stairwell was interesting. The bedrooms weren't large but were clean and worked well for us as we were only there in the mornings and at night. The balcony on the upper floor was a nice quiet place to unwind as we were lucky to have had beautiful sunny weather the entire week we were in London. And it was nice to have laundry facilities in the flat. We did have a couple of issues that came up while we were there but they were quickly addressed by management. Also some cleaning supplies were in the flat but we did have to buy dish and laundry detergent. It would have been nice to have that supplied as we had to buy a larger amount than we really needed. The overall flat was neat and clean but some of the glass doors were in need of cleaning. Otherwise we would definitely recommend this location and would rent again!
Great location. Accommodation not so good. Plumbing and electrical needs major maintenance and apartment dirty. wifi is useless.

Terrific location - really unbeatable, hyper convenient and with the bonus of hugely helpful and friendly staff next door at The Fielding Hotel. Thanks all-round for a straightforward, stylish base for a long weekend exploring London. The flat was perfect for our extended family group (there really are no similar alternatives - this is a unique find!). Great value too. Might have done with a more thorough clean throughout, and some more crockery, but overall really positive. Thanks.
