This property has 4 bedrooms (3 Doubles, 1 Twin) - each bedroom comes complete with bedding, bedside table, clothes storage facilities and its own TV.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils, plates and cutlery.
The living room area contains three sofas (2 double sofa beds), coffee table and large screen TV.
All 3 bathrooms comes fully equipped with a shower, toilet and wash basin.
There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
For families with babies & toddlers, high chair and travel cot facilities are available on request.
Additionally the property features free high speed Internet WiFi.
The fireplace is only a feature and not operational.
There is no air-conditioning in the flat. Freestanding fans can be provided, if needed.
Please note: This apartment is a maisonette located from the 2nd - 3rd floor.
There is no lift access.
The guests have full exclusive access to the entire apartment.

Guests are provided with a 24 hour emergency number.
Our normal office opening hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday – Friday. If however you have any problems outside these times you can call the OFF SITE reception for assistance.

Situated on the historic Broad Court next door to the Fielding Hotel you are just 1 minute from The Royal Opera House ... and that's just for starters. No more than a quick stroll will find you at many of London's most famous attractions. These include:
Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Soho, the West End, South Bank, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, the London Eye, the British Museum to name but a few!
As you are just 2 minutes from Covent Garden underground station, access to ALL of London's attractions could not be easier.
You are just 2 minutes from Covent Garden tube station and 5 minutes from Tottenham Court Road tube station, Holborn tube station and Leicester Square.
You don't get any more central than this so getting to wherever you need to go could not be more simple.
Other Things to Note
Except for cots, bed linen is provided. Please take your own bed linen for cots.
One towel per person is provided.
Linen and towels are changed once a week for bookings exceeding 7 nights.
Where Wi-Fi is an advertised facility please note that its provision is subject to availability and network conditions.
We expect guests to treat the apartment with the same care and respect they would treat their own home.
Check-in is after 3pm. Apartments and Key(s) are not available before this time.
When you arrive you will need to collect the key at an OFF-SITE 24 hour reception:
Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ.
It's less than 1 minute from the apartment and you will be given a map and directions.
Unfortunately we do not have any facilities to store luggage.
If you need to store your luggage, Charing Cross train station offer secure, manned storage facilities.
Check-out is at 11am.
You will be charged an extra day if you check out after this time.
Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused.
£50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any key.
ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING.
Smoking is strictly not permitted within our apartment.
You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.
This is a quiet building. We accept guests to keep the noise to a minimum and to behave in a courteous and respectful manner to their neighbours at all times.
Guests must not hold parties in our apartment.
No more than the agreed number of guests is allowed to visit/stay in the apartment.
From Oct 27 - 30, 2016 the minimum stay is 2 nights.

All our apartments are located in central London but we specialise in the West end area with its mass of theatres, shops, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions. Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Embankment, Soho, The London eye, The British Museum, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and The Royal opera house are just minutes walk away.
All of London's other top tourist attractions can be reached quickly and easily via bus or the underground network.
We can also say with utmost confidence that because we only let property that we personally own (thus eliminating the middle man) our rental prices are amongst the most competitive in London.
