At this cabin located with panoramic views over the Sognefjord, you can enjoy nature with family and friends. At this cabin it is nature that is the luxury, at the same time as the cabin is very well utilized. All cabins have a sauna.

Here you get everything needed to enjoy mountain hiking, fishing or have lazy days at the cabin. Seven minutes by car to the center of Balestrand, and gravel road up 620 meters up the mountain just behind the cabin. An excellent place for experiences in nature.

The space
The cabin is located in Kallestad. Here you will also find 7 other cabins, which are rented out. A nice area for the family and friends. You can find these cabins on my profile.

The cabins nestled in the typical western countryside nature of Balestrand, with steep mountains, fjord and apple orchard. Parking for each cabin. Nearest grocery store is in Balestrand city center, about 7 km from the cabin. Balestrand is located in Sogndal municipality, about an hour from the town of Sogndal. There are opportunities for electric heating and wood burning. All cabins have water and dishwasher.

There is Wifi in the cabin. You will receive the password upon arrival. The cabin also has a TV for streaming, with built in chromecast.

This cabin has three bedrooms, but one is smaller than the other two. There are two single beds in the small room, but if it feels cramped it is possible for a person to sleep in the loft!

You'll need to bring your own sheets, bedding, and towels If you do not have the opportunity to bring this, it can be rented on site for 200 NOK per set. Payment can be made by card during your stay.

Of the essentials, the cabins have oil, salt and pepper, baking paper, foil, paper towels, hand soap, matches, coffee filters, tea lights, paper towels and cleaning supplies - otherwise you will have to bring the rest yourself.

We do not have equipment for baby, this must be brought with us. We have 1 travel bed and 1 high chair in the area for loan, but then you have to be early to book. No guarantee of availability.

To get around the area we recommend car as it is 7 kilometers to the city center.

Please note that nature is wild, and terrain steep. Be careful.
