Kristoffer's house is wonderful - even better than it looks on the photos. Kristoffer is a very generous host, providing everything we needed to have a perfect stay in Copenhagen and responding quickly to any questions. It couldn't have been easier to pick up the key and get in to the house. The location is great, a short walk from the station and all the city's main attractions, good bars and restaurants. I would hope to stay here again if I visit Copenhagen another time. Thank you Kristoffer!
The photos represent Kristoffer's stylish but homely and clean apartment really well. It's beautifully decorated and a great space to stay. Very close to the train station and the trendy meatpacking district and a great location from which to explore Copenhagen. Kristoffer was really helpful over email and left us maps and instructions, not to mention beautiful flowers in the apartment to welcome us! I would definitely recommend this as a great place to say for an adult group.
We really enjoyed our stay at Kristoffer's apartment. Very nice place and in a good location, exactly as described in the ad. Kristoffer was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed at Kristoffers apartment with 4 people for 4 nights and we loved it. It is very cosy and has a lot of character! And the plants are really cool! Walking distance is just 5 minutes from the main station and just 10-15 minutes to the city center. All you need is just around the corner: Cafés, Restaurants, food store, etc.
Communication with Kristoffers was easy and great. Though we didn't met him in person, Kristoffer was allways there to help you out.
Thank you very much, Kristoffer! We would stay at your apartment again!
Kristoffer's apartment is beautifully decorated and central to many of Copenhagen's attractions.
The trip from the airport was easy and the apartment is an easy walk from the Central Station. The central location makes it an easy walk to most places in town. We only used one taxi all weekend, to get back from Norrebro. Picking up the keys was quick and easy. Kristoffer made us feel very welcome, and the apartment was all set up the way we needed, and the welcome note contained useful instructions for the stay.
There are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in the local area, so eating out is easy. Other guests have mentioned that the local area has an some shops just for grown-ups, but you can avoid all that if you turn left out of the front door instead of right, and you see a fountain, a square, cafes and sometimes a local market / car boot sale. Plenty of 'local colour' to suit all tastes.
I'd strongly recommend Kristoffer's apartment for groups of adults and families with older children. There are probably too many nice things in the apartment that younger kids might 'have' to play with - pieces of art and so on.
There's a movie title like this "As good as it gets". The feeling of Kristoffer Kass and his house is like the movie title. He is so kind and nice from the first time I met him through airbnb. He tried to explain many things about his house and details he wants to tell us. When we arrived at central station we could find his house immediately cause of his concrete introduction. As soon as we got his house he greeted us with big smile. He looks cheerful and sociable. He tried to tell us as many as possible. His house made us a good impression. It was neat, clean, classic and comfortable to use. Even he prepared beer for us. I was really impressed his consideration because I often drank Carlsberg with a dream. One of my dream was going to Denmark. This country was my ideal country. His house was near the central station so we could get to many good places without any trouble. Besides there are many good restaurants near his house. In the one of them I drank a “warm your soul”. It tasted wonderful. I have a lot of things to write about him, his house and Denmark but I’m afraid I’m not good at writing in English. Once again travel to there, I want to stay your house. All of us really thanks for your kindness, smile and joyful joke. See you next time!
The apartment was very clean when we arrived and Kristoffer put a bouquet of flowers on the kitchen table to welcome us. Together with the practical instructions and the numerous brochures / maps of Copenhagen which were provided , this was a very comfortable way to start our visit to the city.
Since Kris normally lives in the apartment and he has furbished it in a very stylish manner, we felt at home immediately and it felt like being inhabitants of Copenhagen instead of being tourists. The garden provides a nice place to play football outside with the kids. The apartment is well suited for 4 people; even if the couch is used as a bed, the apartment is big and comfortable. Since we stayed during a very warm period we slept with the windows open and noticed that it can be pretty noisy outside; if you are sensitive about that, make sure that you have good ear plugs! When you sleep with the windows closed, the noise van hardly be heard and it nicely quiet inside.
The neighbourhood is somewhat mixed: on the one side the drug addicts on the street (our kids were a bit scared by their weird behaviour) and on the other side the hip and modern atmosphere of the Vesterbro area with nice restaurants and terraces.
Overall a very positive experience thanks to the great taste and hospitality of Kristoffer!
I'm a classical conductor working with various orchestras in Denmark and Scandinavia. I would like to share my beautiful house when I'm on the road or out travelling.
