We were given clear instruction prior to our arrival of how to get to Kristoffers flat, and where to pick up the key. Kristoffer left us clear and helpful information about the flat and the local area. The flat was clean and well presented and had bed linen and towels ready for us. All made for a very enjoyable stay!
Kristoffer was extremely helpful from the start, he provided us with very detailed directions to the apartment from the airport and answered my queries promptly. We were delighted with the apartment, which made our short stay in Copenhagen enjoyable and special. It had all the comforts of home and was within easy walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. As other reviews have stated there is a homeless person's shelter at the end of the street, however, Kristoffer made sure that we were aware of this, reassured us that we would have no bother and with the main police station opposite, we felt quite safe.
Kristoffer was a great host and the apartment was very nice. We enjoyed exploring Copenhagen from the central location. Even his neighbor was a lifesaver!
Kristoffer was welcoming and helpful with local recommendations and had a welcome letter for us when we arrived as well as maps. The flat is as described and very spacious. The art on his walls is beautiful. Vesterbro is not as vibrant and happening as all the reviews make out to be but it is relatively central (personally we enjoyed the new modern bars and restaurants in the city more). The apartment is a short walk from Central Station and so great for getting around on the metro and train lines. The apartment is near where some of the local homeless hang out. They are harmless but worth mentioning (as Kristoffer does in his welcome letter) for anyone who might be a bit squeamish about this.
My friend and I stayed in Kristoffer's apartment for a long weekend while in Copenhagen for a friend's wedding and had an amazing time.
This location cannot be beat. It's very close (and walkable) to Central Station, making it easy to navigate to and from the airport and any neighborhood in Copenhagen. The nearby square and meatpacking district had everything we could want in terms of cafes, restaurants and bars, plus a grocery store and pharmacy.
The apartment is impeccably kept and was in perfect condition when we arrived. Kristoffer had all of the essentials available to us as well as the must-have information for the wifi, appliances and nearby neighborhood.
There was more than enough space for the two of us, each having our own bedroom, and added space of the office and full kitchen made it feel like home. There wasn't much noise in the area and with the blackout shades, it was easy to sleep through the summer sun early in the morning.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Copenhagen and I'll definitely be reaching out to Kristoffer for my next visit!
Kristoffers apartment is situated in a young neighborhood. We enjoyed that. We rented a bike around the corner and it is very easy to reach the center. There are nice and interesting store near by and we could easyly get everything we needed.
I feld that the apartment looks bigger on the pics. We missed a kind of "freshness" in it. It was a bit noisy in the nights due to all the restaurants and bars near by.
Kristoffer organised everything very easy and answered our questions emediatedly. Thanks to you!
My best wishes Marion
Kris met us at the apartment and answered all our questions and made us feel at home. What a wonderful place and location! It was exactly what we were looking for and were very satisfied with the accommodations. So much of what we wanted to see in the city was within walking distance and being that close to the central train station meant that we had a very easy time of it to find our way back to the airport for our trip home. Thanks Kris!
