Welcome to Soundfront 11! Nestled on the edge of Pamlico Sound and located in Salvo, NC, is where you will find this thoughtfully designed home. With a lodging capacity of 12 guests, it offers 6 bedrooms, an open concept living, kitchen, and dining space, an office, and an incredible outdoor space. Experience the most unimaginable sunsets in the comfort of your backyard, all while taking a swim in the heated saltwater pool, soaking in the hot tub, or relaxing at the fire pit.

The space
The house has a MAX capacity of 12 guests. There are 6 bedrooms - 4 rooms with king sized beds, 1 room with (2) double beds, and 1 room with a twin bunk bed. The double beds are meant more for children or for ONE adult per bed. Rooms have their own private kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge, workspace desk, master bathroom, and balcony (with either garden or water views depending on the room). The twin bunk room is the only room without a kitchenette.

The top floor is where the common spaces are, featuring an office and open concept living space with floor to ceiling windows showcasing 360 degree views of the stunning area. Whether you are lying on our bean bags (made out of recycled sails raced in Abu Dhabi) or resting indoors, you and your guests will feel right at home and well pampered.

Outside, you will enjoy waterfront views, a saltwater pool (that is heated May - November), a hot tub, fire pit, one gas grill, an outdoor shower, and comfortable lounging/seating areas.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, along with the private dock. There are several public access points to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound. Salvo Day Use Area is the closest beach to enjoy the shallow, peaceful waters of the sound. There are tables and restrooms there. Perfect for groups with kiddos since the water is much shallower for miles out. Rodanthe Public Beach Access Point is the closest public beach to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. Parking is provided. We provide beach chairs and pool towels at the house guests are welcome to use.

We are just 1 mile (3 minutes) away from Real Watersports, which is a famous kitesurfing hub on the island. You can rent gear here and take private or semi-private kiting, surfing, and foiling lessons. They have a restaurant onsite, Watermen's Bar and Grill, we refer all of our guests to! It is very yummy and you get to enjoy dinner on a covered patio or their lawn that overlooks the sound.
