Two bedroom house in a leafy green area of Stirchley in south Birmingham.
Guests have the use of a large double bedroom to the front of the house, with comfortable double bed. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower. Towels provided.
There is a good size lounge and kitchen which is available for guests to use, as well as a leafy garden with patio area which is perfect for catching the evening sun.
There is no television in the house, but there is WiFi access available to guests.
The house is close to the Pershore Road with a regular 10 minute bus service into the city centre, and towards Edgbaston Cricket Ground and the Midlands Arts Centre. Bournville railway station is a 25 minute walk from the house.
The house is also 5 minutes from the National Cycle Network 5 - which goes all the way from Oxford to Derby! There is cycle storage available if required - please ask.
What's more, the house is just minutes away from one of the best fish & chip shops in Birmingham! There are also several nice balti houses within walking distance, and numerous restaurants in Moseley and Kings Heath, both less than 10 minutes drive.
It's a leafy green setting and a relaxed house where you will find peace and quiet and a friendly host!
Interaction with Guests
I'll be around for a chat most evenings, but you will have plenty of opportunity to relax in peace and quiet too.
The house is less than 10 minutes walk from the bus route to the city centre (numbers 45 and 47) and is around 30-40 minutes walk from the University of Birmingham.
You are welcome to make yourself at home. Please make sure that you tidy up in the bathroom and the kitchen after using them.
No smoking is allowed in the property, although you may smoke in the garden.
Please try to avoid making much noise after 11pm.
