Walking distance to Bellport Village. Private beach right. Summer theater, amazing restaurants, Golf course in the sleepy little village of Bellport. Very Quaint and Charming. Home is immaculate and all new renovation on 1 wooded acre.

Other things to note
The second bedroom is a loft with a turning staircase to access. This space is not at all visible from the rooms below. The wall is high so it can not be viewed from below. It is large and quite cozy with queen and 2 twin beds.
