Welcome to our spacious, incredibly modern, beautiful, BRAND NEW apartment with floor to ceiling windows and a full size fitted kitchen. We bought this place brand new in 2022.

We’ve lived in New York for 15 years and this place is the most beautiful spot we’ve ever lived in. Super close to subway as well. Only two minutes walk to both L and M trains.

The space
THE SPACE - We moved here in 2022 and we are the first occupants. It's an ultra modern apartment in a brand new building. This space is extra unique and it reflects in tens of 5-star reviews.

KITCHEN is ultra modern and fully equipped. You’ll find a full size electric oven, fridge and freezer. There’s a dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. All brand new this year and barely used. Kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you would need to cook like pans and pots,oil, herbs etc including a Vitamix (although there’s so much good food around here that you probably won’t need to!).

BEDROOM we have a king size brand new bed with a $4500 mattress. There’s multiple cupboard space and drawer space just for you and our clothes won't be in there. Plenty of natural light with solid, double glazed windows which were fitted this year, keeping a lot of the street noise to a minimum.

LIVING ROOM brand new full size windows, floor to ceiling - a full wall which streams in natural light. Fully double glazed. (Note that there are no curtains in the living room so that we get the maximum light!) A brand new extra large sofa too. Plus a 60 inch TV that you can stream on (no cable!).

BATHROOM has a brand new shower unit and ultra modern sink unit and toilet.

HEATING / AIRCON - both rooms have their own independent units so you can set the temperature as you like.

HALL - rare for the city, the apartment has a hall and a foyer. There is nobody else on our floor so the entrance is private. This is an extremely rare layout for Brooklyn, and means you can have lots of privacy from neighbors. This is a one floor walk up.

Neighborhood highlights

There is no neighborhood in the world that is quite like Bushwick! You can enjoy tons of Mexican/Latino and Fusion food in this area. Start walking down Wyckoff and you are going to find such a wide range of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs and dining experiences. You're also going to see some of the best street art in the world, with whole streets dedicated to beautiful creations. It's an absolute joy of a neighborhood that is well loved globally. And with such great transport into Manhattan, within 13 minutes, you can take the L train to the globally famous Union square and be transported to a different world! Bushwick is also generally a bit "calmer" and easier on the nervous system than Manhattan, so you can have the best of both worlds!!!

I live in Bushwick with my partner, Mammad. We have a cozy brand new, luxury apartment in Bushwick, which is the artistic center of New York. When we first got to New York, it was hard to find the right place and we were moving from one Airbnb to the next, every few months for the first few years. We finally bought our place in Feb 2022 and we love it. It's the first home we've owned after living here for 10 years and we love everything about it - the street, the neighborhood, the people who live here. During the pandemic me and Mammad started a non-profit to tackle food insecurity in NYC. We've been working as volunteers on that project since New York went into lockdown, and in the first year of operation we cooked 150,000 meals. We also both have day jobs in tech and consulting too. For play - we live in Bushwick so there is something new to do every day! We love meeting new people, and New York is filled with the most diverse and brilliant set of people you can find. When we aren't in New York (and it isn't a global pandemic!) we are traveling around Europe, making new connections and hearing people's stories.
