Myself and my husband John are very accommodating. We have welcomed and hosted students into our home of all nationalities and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We have 2 teenage daughters who speak fluent gaelic (native Irish language) and also have a great interest in German language. My husband is a landscape gardener and I am a mature student and part-time tutor who loves to cook and look after people :) We're a happy go lucky family.
If you are looking for a truly enjoyable warm Irish welcome, well allow us to be your hosts. We look forward to making your stay here as comfortable and an enjoyable experience. Can accommodate 1 or 2 persons. Price includes 1 person and breakfast is included. Smoking is allowed outside in the back garden. We look forward to looking after you and please have a look at our reviews, we are only doing Airbnb a year and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time hosting.

Really enjoyed my stay for a few nights in Dublin with Aisling and her family. Facilities were superb, bed comfortable, breakfast a treat plus the bonus of great conversation with my hosts.
I was told to "make myself at home", and I did!
So,I'll stay again next time in Dublin and look forward to it!
It was my first experience with Airbnb and I was a little nervous but it was awesome. Aisling is such a lovely person. She is really helpful, kind and she makes the best breakfast in Ireland (and probably beyond). John is also very kind. They were both interested by who I was and where I came from so we had really nice conversations. I learned a lot about Ireland too. I recommend this home to everyone. It is close to the bus which is frequent enough and only take about 15 minutes to get to the city centre. Great great experience! Thanks again!
I learned a thing or two about the Irish culture and how wonderful it is through this family. It was extremely touching. Had a few curve balls that I can't go into details about but needless to say Aisling stepped up and went way above and beyond any expectation one could have to help me. This lady was a blessing to me and she literally made me feel like I was family. You won't regret your stay with this family one bit. They're lovely.
Great place to stay in Dublin! Extremely friendly and helpful right from the beginning to the end. Very near to city centre and perfect place to start if planning on traveling to Northern or Southern Ireland as well. The room was very clean and plenty spacious for two persons or even two couples. Highly recommended!
Aisling was an amazing host, I felt very comfortable and welcome in her home. I was looked after really well and it was great to be around such a warm and friendly family. The room was lovely and the unexpected breakfasts were even better! The bus to the city was easy to find and it didn't take very long at all. I'd definitely stay with Aisling and her family again and recommend her to anyone :)
As a senior traveling alone, she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.
Our first time using airbnb and first time in Ireland. Very pleasant overall!
A few things we now know for next time:
When catching a bus, figure out which side of the road one needs to wait. Ask the host to be specific.
The 'freedom pass' for a few days around Dublin via bus is cost-effective & hassle-free.
Not all rooms/areas pictured in an airbnb listing are used. This probably depends on the guest's & host's schedules. We didn't have time for anything except a little sleep and a quick bite.
Aisling & her busy family were very accommodating for us rookies! Everything was greatly appreciated!
Hi Katrina, I don't understand your point regarding your comment to pictures in airbnb re rooms are not used? The pictures are for you to see what my home looks like. You booked a bed and breakfast meaning the bedroom to sleep in and I made you breakfast each morning in the kitchen. You had access to all areas of my home except our bedrooms. I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. I hope you carry on enjoying the airbnb experience.
We had a very comfortable stay with Aisling and her family, and felt very welcomed. Aisling is a warm and fun person and we thoroughly enjoyed her company and the unexpected cooked breakfast she made on Sunday morning. Location was a bus ride into Dublin so easy to get about but far enough from town to park our car and was quiet neighbourhood.we would definitely recommend Aisling's home, good value and great craic!
