The space
Lower Sheridan is the freshly remodeled, amenity-filled bottom half of a duplex in the serene, family-friendly Sheridan Beach neighborhood, offering smart-home features, such as USB lamps and a smart thermostat.
Park in the provided rear parking area and enter via the welcoming back door – then take in the spacious open floor plan and the living room’s beach-themed décor. Relax on the comfortable living-room, using your own streaming subscriptions on the Alexa-enabled 43" Fire TV. Grab your beach towels by the front door as you head out to the beach. (Hosts also supply accessories, such as wagon, umbrella, and beach toys!)
Need to do work-from-home tasks while on vacation? Lower Sheridan has you covered with a dedicated work station in the living room. You’ll also find extra sleeping space here in the form of a full-size blow-up mattress.
Cook and dine in the cheerful, light-drenched eat-in kitchen. You’ll find everything you need here to prepare your favorite meals in this upscale space with its under-cabinet lighting, granite counters, stainless appliances, built-in microwave, and chef-preferred gas stove. You have every essential, including a toaster, blender, hand mixer, and all the essentials, such and plates, cups, glass cookware, pots/pans, utensils, and paper towels. You’ll love the convenient coffee bar.
In the charming back yard, discover the firepit with its Adirondack chairs, and grill on the charcoal grill – with supplied grill utensils. The welcoming covered front porch is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
Two comfy bedrooms await you after a full day of fun adventures.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, inviting linens, and ample storage.
The second bedroom provides both a full-size and twin bed.
Experience the large, remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combo and tile surround. You’ll love the convenience of the stacked washer/dryer – iron supplied, too!

(Note: We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but the cleaning crew often requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.)

Items left behind can be shipped to you within a week after your departure with a $50 charge plus shipping fee.
