Gorgeous 1895 Victorian home 2 blocks from downtown.This listing is for the 2nd floor only including 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths including 1 w/whirlpool tub.If you are needing the whole house w/kitchen please check out our other listing.1st bedroom w/living area, 2nd bedroom w/table & 3rd bedroom. Microwave, toaster, coffee pot & studio fridge. Shared outside space w/sectional & fire pit. Gorgeous, private, fenced gardens. House is believed to be haunted, experiences have been positive. The space
Your private entrance is through the front door, into the foyer and up the main staircase with gorgeous stained glass windows. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and roll away twin bed available. The 2nd bedroom suite has a full bed and a very comfortable futon with removable arms that fits one adult. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and another futon. Your space does not have a full kitchen, only the kitchen essentials of a microwave, toaster, coffee pot and portable oven. Outside are our gardens, they are stunning and include arbors, unusual species of trees and plants and statues etc! Please make yourself at home!

Guest access
You have private access to all of the rooms on the second floor. Shared space is the front porch and all of the surrounding grounds including the fully fenced in gardens, outside sectional, fire pit, patio furniture and table.

Other things to note
If you need anything, please let us know. We are only occasionally on site.

If we are outside our dog is usually with us. Percy is a large black and white mixed breed who is a middle aged, male but is still very rambunctious. If the gate is shut across the driveway, please do not access the yard until we bring him inside.
