This three-bedroom, one and a half bath cabin, fully furnished kitchen with coffee bar, is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy. Downstairs has 1 bedroom with queen size bed. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 sets of bunk beds. The Cabin is located nearby the beautiful Greenbrier River in Summers County, WV in a quiet out of the way setting. Come sit by the fire pit (firewood available) and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The space
The cabin has been setup to be very comfortable and relaxing. If the mountains have been calling you, you have arrived. Camp Summers is a short 3-minute drive along with a public river access with free parking and a paved ramp. From there you can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking or just float the river. Area attractions nearby; Historic town of Hinton (20-minute drive), Bluestone Lake and State Park (25-minute drive), Sandstone Falls (21 miles, 30-minute drive), Pipestem State Park (23 miles, 30-minute drive), Winterplace Ski Resort (33 miles, 50-minute drive), New River Gorge Bridge (64 miles, 1 hour 23-minute drive). Within a one hour drive you can be in the Lewisburg area where you can find many more attractions including shopping and the home of the West Virginia State Fair. Hinton marks the beginning of the nation's newest national park, The New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. In the beautiful historic town of Hinton, you will find the Ritz Theater for a night out at the movies, grocery stores, Drug Store, Restaurants, shopping, raft and kayak rentals, and fast food. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the best white water rafting experience in the U.S. is only 45 minutes away.

My husband, Dale, and I purchased a home in Summers County 12 years ago and have spent many weekends commuting from South Carolina renovating our home. Our dream came true when we were able to officially move here in June of 2021. We enjoy spending time in the mountains, especially with our Grandchildren. We purchased The Dogwood Cabin recently and decided to venture into the Airbnb business so we could continue to share this beautiful place with others.
