Interaction with Guests
As much as feels best in the situation. Some people are more social others more private. I always try to be friendly and sensitive to who they are.
3 minutes to the beach and cafes. 5 minutes to the main shopping and restaurants of Bondi Beach. Close enough to access it easily and far enough away for quiet. 15 minutes by car to the city. 5 to Bondi Junction. And did I mention you can have a before breakfast and an after work swim most of the year.
Buses and more buses to get you to Bondi Junction to trains that will take you anywhere in Sydney. And more buses direct to the city, and buses to the ferries which are one of Sydney's delights. Your day only gets better when you can take a ferry to wherever you are going be it work or play.

Lovely homely flat with great vibe. Eilish very thoughtful, with fresh flowers and warm baked bread on arrival. 5 minute walk to the beach and area full of great restaurants, bars and cafes. We had 3 single adults for 8 nights which made it a bit cosy, but for 2 adults or couple plus kid etc the place is perfect. Thanks Eilish -- good luck with your yoga app! :)
Eilish is a wonderful and generous host, and a wonderful and generous person. She invited us to make use of her towels and any of the food and fruit she had left for us. The apartment was largely as advertised: well-located a short walk (five mins or so) from the beach and town. The apartment is quaint, cozy, lived-in, and quite homey in the best sense. Most of you will remember a cool relative or aunt who you loved visiting as a child? That is how I felt at Eilish's apartment. Eilish made us feel at home, and her place sustained that feeling our entire stay. There was really only one negative for our entire stay: on two separate mornings we awoke to a few mosquito bites. This was our own fault, however, as we left the windows open the evening before. This aside, we had a splendid time here. Thanks Eilish for your kindness and generosity!
The host was fantastic. She was so helpful from the very first contact and nothing was a problem. When we arrived, there was some fresh produce to get us going.
Location is amazing. A comfortably close walk to Bondi Beach. It is exactly where we wanted to be. The location was very quiet.
The apartment was great. It was nice and spacious, lots of natural light and a really great balcony.
We stayed with our 1 year old and 2.5 year old. When we walked in, we were a bit worried because there is lots of household knickknacks which were very tempting for the little wondering hands. For some reason, the kids seemed to keep themselves at bay for our stay there so it didn't end up causing any problems.
The kitchen is great with an amazing stove/oven but you are close to so many great places to eat that cooking may not be something to worry about.
The bathroom is nice and cute and very comfortable for use.
The master bedroom is very large and spacious. The second bedroom a bit tighter with a bit of clutter inside but it serves its purpose very well.
All in all, I highly recommend this place if you want the combination of close to all the action but peace and quiet when you need it. A really great building, beautiful apartment and amazing host.
Our host was a lovely lady!
Me and my Dad thoroughly enjoyed staying in Eilish's home. The apartment has a great feel and much larger than the pictures suggest. Much time was spent in the kitchen cooking and hanging out.
The apartment is in a safe and quiet road and close to all of Bondi's amenities.
Eilish made my first experience of using air bnb very simple and easy and also left us with lots of useful information about the local area.
As Eilish was away, her friend kindly dropped off the keys and even left me and my Dad a fresh loaf of bread- Thanks Eilish x

About the Host, Eilish
I'm a designer. I have lived in many cities, countries and travelled to many more. I still travel frequently for work and pleasure. It's fantastic living here. In summer you can start and finish your day with a swim and in winter I love to walk or do yoga on the beach when its much less crowded.
Sydney's a great place to visit with lots of great place for coffee, breakfast, dinner and/or drinks. There's always plenty to do with movies, galleries, theatre, dance, walks, yoga, kayaking, days away. I know Bondi and Sydney well so can recommend lots of great places so you can pack in as much as you can or do as little as you wish.
