Neighborhood highlights

We live in a beautiful area called Cowan Heights. The area is hilly and beautiful and great to go on long walks. We are walking distance from Peter’s Canyon. It is quite and very private. We like to sit by the pool and watch the birds.

Minutes from from great dining and coffee shops. Near 4 large shopping malls and one outlet. A short drive to all Orange County attractions and city life. Major grocery stores including Trader Joe’s 5-10 min away.

25 min from the beach. We have a parking pass to all state beach parking upon request.

Southern California is a great place to visit all year around.
