1.CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK OUT IS NOON (local time). NO Early Check-in or late check-out. All late check-out’s will be charged $25 per each half hour beginning at NOON.
2.All units are NON SMOKING.
3.Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4.DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is required which will be facilitated by AIRBNB. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

(website hidden) charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c.All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

f.The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, and the security company employed by the MGM.
5.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 4 persons. An additional charge or $25.00 per person per night for guests in addition to 4 will be assessed.
6.INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
(website hidden) DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, nor should dishes, silverware or any other items found in the units be returned to the MGM. If items are found to be missing, guest will be notified and the cost to replace the item will be subtracted from the security deposit.
8. HOTEL DEPOSIT – The Signature at MGM will HOLD $100/night for a maximum of $300 on your credit card for incidentals. This charge will automatically drop off after your stay provided that there are no room charges.
9.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
10.We reserve the right to modify this agreement, and our policies at our discretion.
We had mixed feelings after our stay in Paul's suite at the MGM Signature. On the one hand, both rooms that comprise the suite are spacious, with extremely comfortable beds and good quality linens, and the location is convenient with easy access to the Strip. What let the suite down was that all the furnishings looked tired, and each kitchenette was equipped with a sparse mismatched collection of china and glassware. In Suite 809 we had a problem with the shower. It did not maintain a constant temperature and was either too hot or too cold. We sent Paul an email regarding this and also mentioned that our iron didn't work, but received no response. Various light bulbs in both rooms were out, presumably because they were not checked by the contracted cleaning staff.
One other niggle was that we arrived at 2pm, one hour before the official check in time, and although the suite was serviced and ready, we were told we would have to contact the host and pay $25 in order to access it before 3pm. Not exactly a warm welcome.
The Signature at MGM Grand is a lovely resort, with excellent, friendly service and Paul's 17th floor connected suites were perfect for our girl's Super Bowl weekend trip. The rooms were spacious, very clean, well stocked and had great views. Bed was super comfy, the bathroom huge and I loved having a kitchenette to fix my morning coffee--though that didn't stop me from ordering a surprisingly good $50 breakfast and bloody mary from room service! When in Vegas ya gotta throw down. Yes, it is a trek to the nearest casino (wear your flips when walking ladies!) But there is no clang-clang-clang, annoying crowds or cigarette smoke to contend with and that is a rare treat after a long day/night of gambling and whatever else you are doing in town. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice from above, very easy to get a cab right out front (tip your bellmen!) and every employee we encountered was extremely nice. Can't wait to stay again--thanks again Paul.
This is a great quiet and clean alternative to some of the other Las Vegas hotel experiences we've had. It feels like a condo with hotel amenities and everything was just as it was pictured. We had a car and there is complementary valet service. The check-in was easy and friendly without all the waiting around. We had in room dining twice and it was reasonably priced and satisfying. There are big windows and a desk right in front so working here with free wifi was great. It was very nice to walk through the lobby without people smoking. We'd definitely stay here again!
My friend an I had back to back apartments - we had seperate front doors but a shared small vestibule with double lockable double doors. The description of the apartments were very accurate - they were both very clean and comfortable. They had everything you needed except perhaps a kettle to make tea for British guests!! The view of the strip was great! The towers are beautiful - an oasis of calm after the madness of some of the casinos and the strip! Communication with Paul was great - information provided made for a hassle free stay! We both felt very safe and secure. Easy walk to the strip or MGM. Would stay here again!
