Large and bright 1 bedroom flat within traditional sandstone close.
Ideal for 1 person or a couple although there is an ikea double sofabed with lots of extra towels and bedding should you have another guest coffee filter, dvds and flat screen tv.
There are high ceilings and large windows. A brand new reflex foam mattress has just been bought for the sofabed and there is now a brand new bed in the bedroom too. As the nights are colder there is a gas fire to warm you up and hot water bottles

Due to work commitments it may be possible I am unable to welcome our guests every time however a welcome manual will be provided letting you know all the inns and outs of the property. interacton with my guests is always very good via text and email and I am close by to offer any help

The flat is priced at £100 per night xmas eve xmas day new years eve and new years day
Minimum stay 2 nights
The flat will be fully inspected prior to stay and after our guests have checked out and the flat must be returned to us in a respectful condition as when checked in.
