Terence was accommodating on the phone. He was otherwise engaged upon our arrival on both days, but we were fine on our own. We had gate code, key location, etc. We might have felt more comfortable in knowing where we were allowed to be if we had chatted with him, but we figured it out. I looked for the wireless password in the kitchen and didn't find it written anywhere. Beautiful view, clean accommodations, helpful host.

We unfortunately did not meet Terence since he was out of town during our stay in Malibu. Phone conversations and texts were pleasant, prompt and helpful. Our initial emails were answered promptly, but subsequent ones went unanswered. I would suggest that future clients use the phone contact given by Terence at the time of reservations. This worked well for me.
An internet connection was promised in the listing, but when we finally received the link up information, the connection was inadequate. If Terence was responsible for writing the description of the property he should not have included that benefit.

I am a music producer and composer for tv, film, and I produce much of the music that's used in consumer products such as Hallmark Cards, Disney, Dora the Explora, Discovery Toys, and many others. In our studio we also record famous and upcoming talent. We've recorded Kris Kristofferson, Meatloaf, Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Dick VanDyke, Jim Cummings voice of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, Barney, Cheryl of Manhattan Transfer, Albert Lee, Sara Bareilles, The Back Beats, and many others.
I have a studio in Malibu Park, as well as a small studio building at my home on Cottontail. I write songs, score, and jingles and also produce music events such as Malibu Unplugged!, The Malibu Music Awards, and I'm chairman of the Malibu Symphony. I love Malibu, and I love having guests enjoy Malibu as well. I always go out all out to make my guests comfortable and let them know all the best places to dine, dance, explore, and shop. I help make rent a car reservations, and I'll set the house up before arrival to my guest's direction. My father had a hotel and I grew up in the business. Therefore, I try to think of everything I can to make my guests comfortable.
