One of my favorite things about the apartment is the exposed brick. Apartment equipped with HD TV and internet. Check out the cool kitchen ceiling! Very New York.
Jimi Hendrix once lived in this wonderful East Village walk-up building. Accommodates 2 people.

A few things about the apartment:
1. Feel free to use any plates, pots, kitchenware if you plan to cook. THE KITCHEN IS AWESOME. To that end, if you do cook, just make sure to run the dishwasher and put dishes away before you leave.
2. Stored paper towels and toilet paper are also on the house!
3. You have cable and internet access. Instructions for the remote control and the internet password are right next to the tv. It's HIgh Definintion (HD)! :)
**Apartment also has a BOSE stereo system that iPods or iPhones can be plugged into for music. It is located behind the tv.
4. Please use coasters for drinks and food on the coffee table. :)
8. Love New York. The city will love you back.

That's it for now, more detailed list of tips and needs upon reservation confirmation.
Kafi was a nice host. She had useful tips for the East Village for us and helped us out with a blanket for the park. Her apartment was located in a beautiful district and just as described. Note that the bed creaks a lot and the bathroom is rather small. We had a good time at Kafi's place.
East Village is a very nice location and Kafi's place was the perfect experience for it (Diners, Juice Shops, organic supermarkets, coffee shops,...).
Kafi was a nice host, even we did not have much time to discuss.
The place, our room and the services provided were exactly as shown/described.
We stayed 8 days and we were very happy about our trip.
Thks again Kafi.

An amazing week.
Kafi is a very kind host.
Simply unbeatable location, in a beautiful district.
Really great location in New York. Everything is close by and in walking distance. Many great coffee and eating places. The room at Kafis is simply equipped but there's what you need. The bed is ok, but creaks a lot. All in all a fine place to stay for the price required.
I spent a week in Kafi's apartment, from the moment I arrived she was hospitable and always helpful whenever I needed anything. She was also friendly and respectful of my privacy, as I hope I was to hers.
The room and the apartment were what I had expected, and I had a positive experience during my stay.
Thanks Kafi for hosting me again!
Kafi was the perfect host and this location really IS as perfect as advertised. Not even five minutes walk to N, R, and 6 lines and with tons of excellent food options in the immediate area. And these things really mattered in a really cold week in February! Other pluses--a large bedroom, great kitchen, spotless place, and nice touches, like a small dresser, floor length mirror, and hair dryers (yes, plural).
